Հեղափոխությունից հետո 783 անձի «աջուձախ» դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր են բաժանել

Այս պահին 1127 անձ ունի գործող դիվանագիտական անձնագիր։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնում է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչության պետը։ 

Հարցին, թե հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քանի՞ քաղաքացի է դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ստացել և քանի՞ անձ է զրկվել դրանից` նա պատասխանել է․ «2018թ․ մայիսից մինչ օրս ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը տրամադրել է 783 դիվանագիտական անձնագիր, անվավեր հայտարարել 425 դիվանագիտական անձնագիր»։

Նախարարությանը խնդրել էինք տրամադրել նաև դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ստացած անձանց ցանկը, սակայն նախարարությունից փոխանցել են, որ անձանց տվյալները գաղտնի են և չեն կարող տրամադրվել։ 

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունից հետո նոր իշխանությունը որոշել էր դիվանագիտական անձնագրից զրկել մի շարք անձանց։ Ստացվում է՝ 2018թ․ կեսերին դիվանագիտական անձնագրերից 254 անձի զրկելուց հետո նրանց շարքերը նոր անձինք են գրավել։ Հավանաբար, այս իշխանութունը նախկին իշխանությունների հետ կապակցված անձանց դիվանագիտական անձնագրերը չեղարկելուց հետո իր մարդկանց է շնորհել այդ տեղերը։ 

Նկատենք, որ, մասնավորապես, այն ժամանակ փոխարտգործնախարար Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն ասել էր, որ «աջուձախ բաժանված դիվանագիտական անձնագրերի հարցը լուծվելու է շատ մոտ ժամանակներում, բոլոր այն մարդիկ, որոնք տրամաբանորեն չպետք է ունենան դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր, այդ դիվանագիտական անձնագրերը չեն ունենա»։ Այս հայտարարությունից հետո համացանցում հայտնվեց 254 անձի անունների ցանկը, որոնք զրկվել էին դիվանագիտական անձնագրերից։ Նրանց թվում էին՝ ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետներ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, Հրանտ Բագրատյանը, Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ՀՀ նախկին առաջին տիկիններ Բելլա Քոչարյանն ու Ռիտա Սարգսյանը, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կինը՝ Ջավահիր Ծառուկյանը, օմբուդսմեն Կարեն Անդրեասյանը, Բժշկական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արմեն Մուրադյանը, ԳԱԱ նախագահ Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը, շախմատիստ Սմբատ Լպուտյանը, «Տաշիր գրուպի» սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանը և այլ գործարարներ, քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչներ։
