«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի եւ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի գաղտնալսման հրապարակումից անցել է երկու տարի: Եվ եթե այս երկու տարիների ընթացքում չի ստացվում բացահայտել գաղտնալսման դեպքը, համենայնդեպս, հանրությունը չունի որեւէ տեղեկություն բացահայտման վերաբերյալ, ապա ի՞նչ սպասել ուժային կառույցներից այսքանից հետո:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երկու տարի առաջ` 2018-ի սեպտեմբերի 11-ին, համացանցում էր հայտնվել Վանեցյանի եւ Խաչատրյանի աղմկահարույց հեռախոսազրույցի ձայնագրությունը։

Նրանք 8-րոպեանոց հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկում էին Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանքը, ինչպես նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի եւ ՊՆ նախկին ղեկավար Միքայել Հարությունյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործերը։

Իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք գաղտնալսման հրապարակումից երկու տարի անց: 2020 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին ՀՔԾ նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը հայտարարել էր, որ գաղտնալսման գործը բացահայտված է: Մեկնաբանության համար «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական բաժնի պետ Ռիմա Եգանյանին, որը հայտնեց. «Տվյալ քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ Քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից նախկինում տրված մեկնաբաբություններին ավելացնելու ոչինչ չունենք: Այս պահի դրությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»:

Հիշում եք՝ 2019 թվականի հունիսի 9-ին՝ Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը հայտարարել էր, թե հարցումներ են ուղարկել որոշ երկրներ եւ սպասում են պատասխանների: Եւ, ահա, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել այս գործով: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ չորս երկիր հարցում է ուղարկվել, սակայն մինչեւ հիմա դեռ պատասխան չկա որեւէ երկրից:

Ավելին, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից զանգահարել են նշված երկրների իրավապահ մարմիններին եւ խնդրել, որպեսզի հարցմանը պատասխանեն, սակայն այդպես էլ չեն պատասխանել: Անգամ այլ ուժային կառույցներից են «գործին խառնվել», բայց դարձյալ որեւէ տեղաշարժ չկա: Ոչ մի երկրից չեն պատասխանել մեր հարցումներին»:
