ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր որոշում է ստորագրել։ Որոշման մեջ ասվում է․ 

«Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը 2020 թվականի մարտին հայտարարել է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) պայմանավորված համավարակ, և ամբողջ աշխարհում համաճարակային իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ լարված, այն, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ևս հիվանդությունը ստացել է լայնածավալ տարածում, և երկրում առաջացել է համաճարակ՝ հիմք հանդիսանալով արտակարգ իրավիճակի առաջացման, հաշվի առնելով նաև Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության նախազգուշացումը համավարակի երկրորդ ալիքի վտանգի մասին, կարևորելով բնակչության առողջության պահպանման և առողջական վիճակի բարելավման նպատակով համապատասխան կանխարգելիչ և հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումների իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը, հաշվի առնելով առողջապահության ոլորտի լիազոր մարմնի (այսուհետ՝ լիազոր մարմին) համապատասխան առաջարկությունը և ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության սանիտարահամաճարակային անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 20.2-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 20.3-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 12-րդ հոդվածի «թ» և «ժ» կետերով՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ո ր ո շ ու մ է.

1․ Սահմանել կարանտին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում՝ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ից, ժամը 17:00-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ը ներառյալ:
2․ Սահմանել կարանտինի ընթացքում կիրառվող միջոցառումները և սահմանափակումները` համաձայն հավելվածի:
3․ Սահմանել, որ սույն որոշման 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված միջոցառումները և սահմանափակումները կիրառվում են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության սանիտարահամաճարակային անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» և «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքներով սահմանված կարգով՝ այդ օրենքներով նախատեսված մարմինների կողմից:
4․ Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակվելուց հետո՝ անմիջապես»:
