Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 
 
«Ականջալուր լինելով և հետևելով երեկ հնչեցրածս կոչին՝ Շիրակի մարզպետի նախաձեռնությամբ մաքրման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել Թռչկանի ջրվեժի հարակից ամբողջ տարածքում։
Այս օրինակելի նախաձեռնությունն իրականացրել են Հայաստանի Տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի Գյումրու մասնաճյուղի տնօրինությունը, մասնաճյուղի առաջին կուրսեցիները, Հայկական «Կարիտաս» ԲՀԿ-ի «Փոքրիկ Իշխան» կենտրոնի սաները, ինչպես նաև միացել են Շիրակի մարզպետը և Սարապատ համայնքի ղեկավարը։
Եվս մեկ անգամ կոչ եմ անում ու հորդորում մեր քաղաքացիներին՝ ավելի հոգատար և սրտացավ լինել շրջակա միջավայրի հանդեպ՝ մասնավորապես կարևորելով դրա մաքրության և անխաթարության պահպանումը։
Միայն բնության հանդեպ պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքը վարքագծի պարտադիր կանոն դարձնելով՝ կարող ենք ապագա սերունդներին փոխանցել մեր անկրկնելի բնությունը։
Սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, խնամքով վերաբերվեք Հայաստանի չքնաղ բնաշխարհի յուրաքանչյուր անկյունի, այլապես ամենախիստ վարչարարությունն անհրաժեշտություն է դառնալու այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար։
