Քիչ առաջ Աննա Հակոբյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ դադարեցնում է «Ժպիտների քաղաք» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի լիազորությունները։ AntiFake.am-ին հայտնի է դարձել, թե ինչու է Աննա Հակոբյանը նման որոշում կայացրել։

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի որոշումը պայմանավորված է դրանից ավելի վաղ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից կայացված որոշման հետ։

«Շուրջ 1 ժամ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել էր, որ Առողջապահության նախարարին հանձնարարել է երկարացնել Ռ. Յոլյանի անվան Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրենի հետ աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը: Ինչպես հիշում եք, ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը որոշում էր կայացրել դադարեցնել Ռ․Յոլյանի անվան Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սամվել Դանիելյանի պայմանագիրը։

Խնդիրը կայանում էր նրանում, որ պրոֆեսոր Դանիելյանի պաշտոնում ՀՀ վարչապետի տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանն ունեցել է իր ֆավորիտ թեկնածուն և Աննա Հակոբյանի հետևողական ջանքերով Արսեն Թորոսյանը որոշում էր կայացրել ազատել Դանիելյանին՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի թեկնածուին նշանակելու համար։ Արսեն Թորոսյանի այս որոշումը խիստ բացասական արձագանք էր ստացել Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի բուժանձնակազմի կողմից, որոնք մեկը մյուսի հետևից հայտնել էին, որ ի նշան Արսեն Թորոսյանի կողմից տնօրենի լիազորությունները ապօրինի դադարեցնելու որոշմանն անհամաձայնության, նրանք նույնպես դադարեցնում են կամ ապօրինի որոշումը չվերանայելու դեպքում կդադարեցնեն իրենց լիազորությունները։

Հաշվի առնելով երկրում և բուժհաստատություններում առկա առանց այն էլ լարված իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև հասկանալով, որ իրավիճակը գնալով կարող է ավելի պայթյունավտանգ դառնալ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է հետ կանգնել պրոֆեսոր Դանիելյանին ազատելու որոշումից։ Սակայն Աննա Հակոբյանը, տարված լինելով իր թեկնածուին այդ պաշտոնին նշանակելու մոլուցքով, պահանջել է շարունակել սկսված ապօրինի գործընթացը՝ նշելով, որ դուրս եկող բուժաշխատողների փոխարեն ևս կնշանակվեն «իրենց մարդիկ»։ Սրան դեմ է եղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացրել է Արսեն Թորոսյանին տված հանձնարարականի մասին, համաձայն որի՝ Ռ․Յոլյանի անվան Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրենի աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը պետք է երկարացվի»,- գրում է աղբյուրն ու հավելում, որ այդ հրապարակումից հետո վարչապետի տիկինը հայտնել է, որ այդ դեպքում ինքն էլ վայր կդնի «Ժպիտների քաղաք» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի լիազորությունները և ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման ինքն էլ իր հերթին է ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում արել՝ տեղեկացնելով այդ մասին հանրությանը։
