Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վարագ Սիսեռյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել «Հին Երևան» կառուցապատման ծրագիրը համակարգող աշխատանքային խմբի առաջին նիստը: Իր ելույթում Վարագ Սիսեռյանն ասել է.

«Այսօր Երևանի 14ա թաղամասում «Հին Երևան» կառուցապատման ծրագիրը համակարգող աշխատանքային խմբի առաջին նիստն է:

«Հին Երևան» ծրագիրը մայրաքաղաքի կայուն զարգացման առանցքային բաղադրիչներից է թե՛ քաղաքաշինական և թե՛ պատմամշակութային արժեքների պահպանման և նորովի մատուցման տեսանկյունից: Ծրագիրը միտված է խթանելու շինարարական գործընթացները Երևանում՝ պահպանելով քաղաքի կենտրոնական հատվածի կոլորիտը և պատմամշակութային միջավայրը:

Ներկայումս ընթանում են իրացման ակտիվ աշխատանքներ: Տարածքում առկա մոտ 150 գույքից այս պահին օտարման ենթակա է մնացել 47-ը: Իրացումների և շինարարական գործընթացների հետ կապված խնդիրները գույքագրվում են ամենօրյա ռեժիմով, կատարվում են ակտիվ աշխատանքներ խնդիրներին պետական մակարդակով լուծում տալու ուղղությամբ:

2018 թվականից ի վեր արձանագրվել է դրական տեղաշարժ թե՛ իրացումների և թե՛ շինարարության մասով, մասնավորապես՝ բարձրացվել է բնակիչներին տրամադրվող փոխհատուցման գումարի չափը: Այս փուլում քննարկվում է նաև իրացումների գործընթացը պետական կամ համայնքային մարմնի մասնակցությամբ շարունակելու հարցը, ինչը կնպաստի գործընթացների առավել արդյունավետ լինելուն:

Հարկ է նշել, որ ելնելով ծրագրի իրագործման ծավալներից և բազմաշերտ բնույթից՝ ընթացիկ աշխատանքների իրականացման ընթացքում առաջանում են մի շարք խնդրահարույց հարցեր, մասնավորապես՝ հողերի օտարումների, շինարարական թույլտվությունների և այլնի հետ կապված:

Մենք կքննարկենք և կգույքագրենք բոլոր խնդիրները ու կփորձենք գտնել համապատասխան լուծումներ բոլոր խնդիրներին և ավարտին հասցնել այս ծրագիրը»: 

Նիստի մասնակից տարբեր գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրել են հողերի իրացման, նախագծային և շինարարական ընթացիկ աշխատանքների ներկա վիճակը: Համապարփակ անդրադարձ է կատարվել ծրագրի իրականացման հետ կապված՝ առկա հիմնական խնդիրների գույքագրմանը և դրանց լուծմանը վերաբերող հարցերին: Նախանշվել են աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության հետագա քայլերը:
