Ես ինձ շատ լավ եմ զգում ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնում, հուսով եմ՝ այդտեղ էլ կշարունակեմ աշխատել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին ՍԴ-ի մոտ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՍԴ դատավոր Արման Դիլանյանը՝ նշելով, որ չի ինքնառաջադրվելու ՍԴ նախագահի պաշտոնի համար:

Դիտարկմանը, որ ըստ մամուլի, Վահե Գրիգորյանի սցենարով հենց ինքն է լինելու ՍԴ նախագահը, Դիլանյանն ասաց. «Իսկ ով ասաց՝ Վահե Գրիգորյանի սցենարով, էլի ՍԴ-ի աղբյուրներն են փոխանցո՞ւմ: Այն աղբյուրները, ըստ որոնց ես ամեն օր կառավարություն եմ գնում եւ այնտեղից ցուցումներ եմ ստանո՞ւմ: Այդպիսի հերյուրանքների մի հավատացեք»:

Նա հավելեց, որ այս պահին ՍԴ նախագահի որեւէ թեկնածու չկա. «Այս պահին դեռ որեւէ թեկնածու չկա, մենք դեռ չենք հասել առաջադրման կամ ինքնառաջադրման փուլին»:

Հարցին, թե ինքը չի՞ ուզում ղեկավարել ՍԴ-ն, Արման Դիլանյանն ասաց. «Ես ձեզ անկեղծ ասեմ, առանց որեւէ փարիսեցիության, կարծում եմ, որ ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնը իրավաբանների համար ամենալավ պաշտոնն է իրենց մասնագիտական հմտությունները դրսեւորելու համար: Ես ինձ շատ լավ եմ զգում այդ պաշտոնում եւ հուսով եմ, որ այդտեղ էլ կշարունակեմ աշխատել:

Իմ կարծիքով ՍԴ նախագահի պաշտոնն ամենեւին գրավիչ չէ: Թե ինչպես հետո կզարգանան իրադարձությունները, չեմ կարող ասել, բայց ես կարծում եմ՝ շատ դժվար է համատեղել ՍԴ դատավորի մասնագիտական աշխատանքը ՍԴ նախագահի պաշտոնի հետ, որը ենթադրում է ներկայացուցչական, վարչական ու կազմակերպչական գործառույթներ: Շատ ավելի հարմարավետ է ՍԴ-ում աշխատել որպես ՍԴ դատավոր»:
