 Հայաստանի, Արցախի, նաև սփյուռքի համախմբվածությունը լինելու է հաղթանակի գրավականը. չկա մի խնդիր, որ վայրկյանների ընթացքում լուծում չստանա: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 11-ին Ստեփանակերտում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Նախագահը նախ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց սփյուռքի, Հայաստանի հայրենակիցներին: «Հպարտության շատ օրեր եմ ապրել առաջնագծում՝ տեսնելով  մեր զինվորների հերոսությունը, բայց ոչ պակաս նման դրական ապրումներ եմ ունեցել՝ լսելով ամենուրեք ձեր պահվածքը, ՀՀ-ում ձեր վերաբերմունքը՝ Արցախից տեղափոխված մեր հայրենակիցների նկատմամբ, դրամահավաքը, որը շարունակվում է ամեն օր՝ միջինը 10 մլն դոլարի սահմանում»,-ասաց Արցախի նախագահը:

Նա շեշտեց նաև այն պայքարը, որը սկսված է ամենուրեք՝ գրեթե բոլոր երկրներում տվյալ երկրների իշխանություններին կոչ անելով աջակցել Արցախի ժողովրդին, հարգել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը:

Արցախի նախագահը նշեց նաև, որ չի կարող հատուկ շնորհակալություն չհայտնել ՀՀ իշխանություններին: «ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ այս փուլում ոչ թե ներդաշնակ իրականացնում ենք, այլ միասին ենք իրականացնում ամբողջ գործընթացը՝ կառավարման, մարտական և այլն: Հատուկ ուզում եմ կարևորել վարչապետի դերակատարությունը, որի հետ կապի մեջ ենք ոչ թե 1-2 անգամ, այլ եթե կապ է լինում, առնվազն ժամը մեկ: ՀՀ իշխանությունները տեղեկացված են ամբողջ գործընթացից՝ առաջնագծի և ժողովրդի առօրյայի մասով, ժողովրդի խնդիրների առումով, և չկա մի խնդիր, որ վայրկյանների ընթացքում լուծում չստանա: Եվ այս համախմբվածությունը, որը կա, պետք է շարունակել»,-ասաց Հարությունյանն ու շեշտեց, որ դա է լինելու հաղթանակի գրավականը:
