ՌԴ Մոսկվա քաղաքում ձեռք բերված 10.10.2020 թ. ժամը 12:00-ից հումանիտար զինադադարի վերաբերյալ պայմանները և 1949 թ. օգոստոսի 12-ի «Պատերազմի ժամանակ քաղաքացիական բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» Ժնևյան կոնվենցիայի պահանջներն ու միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի մյուս նորմերը, ներխուժելով Արցախի Հանրապետության Հադրութ քաղաք, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, ապօրինաբար, դիտավորությամբ, հրազենի գործադրմամբ կյանքից զրկել են ռազմական գործողություններին անմիջականորեն չմասնակցող թվով 5 քաղաքացիական անձանց, ինչպես նաև ռազմական անհրաժեշտությամբ չպայմանավորված՝ հրկիզել են քաղաքացիական անձանց տներ և այլ շինություններ՝ այդ եղանակով անօրինական, կամայական ոչնչացնելով մեծ չափերի գույք: Այդ մասին հայտնում է ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեն:

Դեպքի առթիվ ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեում վարույթ է ընդունվել քրեական գործ՝ նախատեսված՝ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 416-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով, 416-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով:
