 ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան սպասում են մանրամասների Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության շուրջ Թուրքիայի դերի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, պետդեպի կայքի համաձայն` այս մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի բարձրասիճան պաշտոնյան պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյի և Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանի բանակցություններից հետո:

«Նրանք (Պոմպեոն և Լը Դրիանը -խմբ.) մանրամասն խոսել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասին: Որպես համանախագահներ նրանք կիսել են ընդհանուր տեսակետ՝ մենք հավատարիմ ենք մնում Մինսկի խմբի գործընթացում համանախագահների դերին… ընդունելով Ռուսաստանի կողմից ձեռնարկված գործողությունները, որոնք բերեցին կրակի դադարեցմանը, որն իրապես շաբաթվա ընթացքում պահվում է: Բայց մենք նաև ընդունում ենք, որ մնում են շատ հարցեր, որոնք ռուսական կողմը պետք է պարզաբանի, ինչպես, օրինակ, համաձայնության պարամետրերը՝ ներառյալ Թուրքիայի դերը»,-ասել է պետդեպարտամենտի ներկայացուցիչը: 

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ստորագրել են համատեղ հայտարարություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու հետ կապված: Պատերազմը դադարեցվել է նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ ժամը 01:00-ից, ռուս խաղաղապահները մուտք են գործում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, նախատեսվում է ներգրավել 1960 ռուս զինծառայող, 90 զրահամեքենա, 380 միավոր ավտոմոբիլ և հատուկ տեխնիկա:
