ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել.

«Նոյեմբերի 17-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը խորհրդարանական ամբիոնից հերթական անգամ իր դատողությունները ներկայացրեց Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմի ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության գործողությունների վերաբերյալ, որոնք, ինչպես և նախորդ բոլոր դիտարկումներն ու հայտարարությունները, ոչ միայն կտրված էին իրականությունից, այլև ակնհայտորեն միտված էին այդ իրականությունը խեղաթյուրելուն և ստեղծված իրադրության համար քավության նոխազներ փնտրելուն։

Թե ինչու՞ է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը վերջին շրջանում այդքան ջանադրաբար փորձում նսեմացնել բանակի դերակատարությունը պատերազմի ընթացքում՝ թողնում ենք հարգարժան պարոնի խղճին։ Այդուհանդերձ, խորապես գիտակցելով նրա հնչեցրած հրապարակային հայտարարությունների մեջ առկա ակնհայտ և քողարկված վտանգները, ստիպված ենք ևս մեկ անգամ անդրադառնալ նրա հնչեցրած մտքերին, որոնք պաշտպանական համակարգի վերաբերյալ գիտելիքների հարցում բոբիկ լինելու հերթական վկայությունն են։

Մասնավորապես, պաշտպանության ոլորտի խնդիրները համակարգող խորհրդարանական պաշտոնյան հայտարարում է, թե «բանակ էլ, համարյա էդպիսին, չկա, բայց դրանք զինված մարդիկ են»։ Սա խորը անարգանքի դրսևորում է հայկական բանակի մի քանի տասնյակ հազար զինծառայողների հանդեպ, որոնք, ի հեճուկս պարոն Քոչարյանի, որպես կանոնավոր ու մարտունակ բանակ, հենց հիմա էլ մարտական հերթապահություն են իրականացնում ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այնպես էլ Արցախի սահմաններին։ Ու եթե պարոն Քոչարյանն իրոք մտածում է, որ «բանակ էլ, համարյա էդպիսին, չկա, բայց դրանք զինված մարդիկ են», ապա պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սիրով կուղեկցի նրան հայկական բանակի բազմաթիվ ստորաբաժանումներ, պայմանով՝ որ նա ներողություն կխնդրի այդ ստորաբաժանումների զինծառայողներից՝ զինվորից մինչև սպա ու հրամանատար։ Բոլորից»։
