ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ կողմից բարբարոսության դրսևորումների մասին.

Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«Կրակի դադարեցման վերաբերյալ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունից հետո ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը շարունակում են իրենց բնորոշ յուրատեսակ «պատերազմը» հայկական պատմամշակութային, կրոնական ժառանգության դեմ՝ ոչնչացնելով և անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով կրոնական վայրերի և հուշարձանների նկատմամբ: Ադրբեջանական կողմի թիրախավորման առարկա է դարձել նաև Արցախի Շուշի քաղաքում գտնվող Հայաստանի և Արցախի ազգային հերոս, Հայոց սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի արձանի պղծումը:

Խստորեն դատապարտելի է նաև Արցախի զառամյալ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինվորների նվաստացուցիչ վերաբերումքը՝ պայմանավորված բացառապես նրա էթնիկ ծագմամբ: Այդ քայլը, ինչպես նաև դրա գովաբանումն ադրբեջանական հասարակության կողմից պարզապես ընդունված բարոյական արժեհամակարգի մերժում է:

Արցախի՝ ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ հայտնված տարածքներում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ կողմից իրականացվող պատերազմական հանցագործությունները գովաբանող տեսանյութերի հրապարակմամբ օրեցօր հարստացվում է Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց և ռասիստական քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ փաստական ապացույցների փաթեթը:

Ընդգծենք, որ զինված ուժերի կողմից բացառապես մարտական նշանակության գործողությունների իրականացմամբ և խաղաղ բնակչության հանդեպ դրսևորած հարգանքով են կանոնավոր զորքերը տարբերվում անկանոն ահաբեկիչներից, իսկ պետությունները՝ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններից։

Այս օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմի վայրագությունների հիմքն Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից տասնամյակներ շարունակ հրահրված և խրախուսված հայատյաց քաղաքականությունն է, որը մշտապես, իսկ այսօր առավել ևս ուղղված է արցախահայության նկատմամբ էթնիկ զտումների ու ցեղասպան նկրտումների իրականացմանը»:
