«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Ասում են, թե իշխանության ներսում անգամ այս խառը օրերին կան մարդիկ, որ փորձում են սեփական նկրտումներն առաջ մղել։ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը պաշտպանության նախարար դառնալու երազանքն իրագործելու շեմին է եւ այս հարցում աջակիցների պակաս չունի։ Այս օրերին նրա հետ բանակը վարկաբեկելու ակտիվ գործին է լծվել նաեւ Արման Բաբաջանյանը, որն էլ իր սեփական հավակնություններն ունի։

Ասում են, թե զինված ուժերի վրա ողջ կեղտը թափելը, իրավիճակի միակ մեղավոր կարգելն անձամբ կառավարության հովանավորությամբ ու հրահանգով է իրականացվում։ Սակայն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ճիշտ կաներ ընդհանրապես լռեր, իսկ եթե այդքան մեծ է խոսելու ցանկությունը, թող նախկին դատախազ Սոկրատ Հովսեփյանի՝ «Իրատես»-ում հրապարակված փաստերին պատասխանի, ու վերջապես ասի, թե Գյումրիում ինչու՞ են իրեն կնքել «հրեշ Անդո» մականունով։
