«Քանի որ շատերը նոր են իմացել իմ՝ խմբակցությունից դուրս գալու փաստը, թեպետ գրել էի այդ մասին (երկար տեքստեր կարդալ չեք սիրում), տեղեկացնեմ, որ դեռ մայիս ամսին կայացրել էի մանդատս վայր դնելու որոշում: Այդ մասին տեղյակ էր թե՜ իմ թիմը, թե քաղաքապետին էի ասել, որ խնդիրներ ունեմ: Սակայն սպասում էի, որ վաղուց արված առաջարկիս քննարկմանը ներկա լինեմ, որն էլ պիտի տեղի ունենար հոկտեմբերին:

Իմ խնդիրները կապված չէին ոչ քաղաքապետի, ոչ էլ իմ խմբակցության հետ: Շատ ավելի խորն էին:
Չէի կարծում, որ ճիշտ է, մնալով թիմում, պարբերաբար քննադատել, էլ ավելի բարդ էր լռել:
Հեղափոխության սկզբունքներին և օրակարգին հավատարիմ եմ եղել, այդ սկզբունքների ու օրակարգի իրագործման հետ կապված խնդիրներ էի տեսնում:
Պատերազմից հետո էլ լռություն պահելը կնշանակեր թաքնվել: Երբեք չեմ թաքնվել, երբեք չեմ իջել ջրի հատակը մինչև անցնի վտանգը ու դուք դա բազմիցս տեսել եք, երբ հանրության դժգոհության ալիք առաջացրած հարցերի շուրջ առաջինը ես եմ փորձել բացատրել, տեղեկացնել, երկխոսության դաշտ բերել:
