ՌԴ արտգորածնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով նոյեմբերի 9-ին ձեռք բերված համաձայնագրի կարևոր պայմանավորվածությունը տնտեսական, տրանսպորտային, ենթակառուցվածքային հաղորդակցության ապաշրջափակումը, շրջափակման դադարեցնում է, որը երկար տարիներ կիրառվել է Հայաստանի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ու հարակից շրջանների հանդեպ:

«Դա մեծ հեռանկարների հնարավորություն է ստեղծում ինչպես այդ կարևոր ու բազմաչարչար տարածաշրջանի բոլոր բնակիչների ամենօրյա տնտեսական ու սոցիալական կյանքը կարգավորելու, այնպես էլ մի շարք ռազմավարական նախագծերի տեսանկյունից, ներառյալ՝ հյուսիս-հարավ, արևելք-արևմուտք միջազգային միջանցքները, որոնց կարող են մասնակցել և՛ Ադրբեջանը, և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Թուրքիան, և՛ Իրանը, և՛ ՌԴ-ն: Այժմ, երբ արդեն վերացվել են քաղաքական խոչընդոտները, որպեսզի ընտրենք առավել հարմարավետ, առավել տնտեսող, առավել արդյունավետ երթուղիները, կարծում եմ, այս հեռանկարներն ակտիվորեն կիրականացվեն»,- ասել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը:

Խոսելով բնակչության մարդասիրական կարիքների մասին՝ Լավրովն ընդգծել է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ ամենօրյա աշխատանքի մասին, առաջին հերթին ՄԱԿ-ի համակարգում, որոնց մասնակցության կարիքն այնքան շատ ունեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ու հարակից շրջանների բնակիչները:

ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը հատուկ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԿԽՄԿ-ին, որը երբեք իր աշխատանքը չի դադարեցրել Հայաստանում, Ադրբեջանում, Երևանում, Բաքվում ու Ստեփանակերտում: Լավրովի հավաստմամբ՝ նրա ներկայությունը գրեթե միշտ է եղել:

«ՌԴ նախագահը հավանության է արժանացրել առաջարկը, որպեսզի հերթական հանգանակությունն արվի ԿԽՄԿ-ին: 2 մլն եվրոն ուղղվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում այս կառույցի աշխատանքների իրականացմանն աջակցելուն»,- եզրափակել է Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
