«Թեև իշխանությունը հոգեվարքի մեջ է, նրա հեռանալը` անխուսափելի և մերձավոր ապագայի հարց է, ու այն ինչ հիմա կասեմ 18-երորդական նշանակության է, բայց` պետք է արձանագրվեն բոլոր այն իշխանազանցումները և իրավախախտումները, որոնք իշխանական խմբավորումը և նրա պարագլուխը թույլ են տվել և տալիս:
Ուրեմն, բոլորդ տեսել եք կառավարական տանը տեղի ունեցած հայտնի տեսանյութը: Եկեք մի կողմ դնենք դրա բովանդակությունը ու կենտրոնանանք հենց տեսանյութի վրա` որպես դատավարական ապացույց:
Նշված տեսանյութը պարունակող սարքերը եղել են առգրավված ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից, եղել են կցված քրեական գործի նյութերին և ծածկված են եղել նախաքննական գաղտնիքով: Այդ օրերին իշխանությունը լծված էր «հողերի հանձնում» օպերացիայից հանրության ուշադրության շեղումով ու ԱԱԾ-ին տեռորի ենթարկելով վերցրել ու հրապարակել է տեսանյութը:

ԱԱԾ-ն հորդորել է խոսնակ Մանեին չհրապարակել տեսանյութը, բացատրել են, որ դա խոչընդոտում է քննությանը, որ խախտվում է քննության գաղտնիությունը ու նմանատիպ այլ իրավաբարոյախրատական մասաժներ: Բայց խոսնակ Մանեն պետք է կատարեր «Դավաճաններ» իշխանական խմբավորման պարագլխի հանձնարարությունը ու պետք է շեղեր հանրության ուշադրությունը, որ հանրությունը կերակրվի զանգվածային անկարգությունների տեսարաններով, որ չհիշի որ Հայկական ժամանակ օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիրը, ով վարչապետ չկարողացավ դառնալ ու մնաց խմբագրի կլիշեյի մեջ, հողերը ծախեց, մի ամբողջ սերունդ մատաղ արեց, որ Մեհրիբանի չայը դրեց ու դուրս եկավ Շուշիից:

Հուսով եմ ԱԱԾ-ի մի անկյունում էս ամեն ինչը փաստաթղթավորածա, որովհետև չենք թողնելու թռնեն երկրից, նրանք պետք է խախտում առ խախտում պատասխան տան Հայկական նյուրնբերգում»:
