«Հրապարակ». Ի՞նչ մեխանիզմ է գործում Լարսով Հայաստան հասնելու

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Լարսի անցակետը շարունակում է փակ մնալ։ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները մարտ ամսից ի վեր, ինչ աշխարհում մոլեգնեց կորոնավիրուսը, զրկվեցին Վրաստան եւ Վրաստանով Ռուսաստան մեկնելու հնարավորությունից։ Թեպետ ՌԴ-ն բացել է սահմանները, ու օդային ճանապարհով կարող են մեկնել, սակայն ցամաքայինով, որն անցնում է Վրաստանով, անհնար է։ Տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունից մեզ ասացին՝ Լարսի անցակետը փակ է ուղեւորափոխադրումների համար․ «Խնդիրն այն է, որ վրացական կողմը փակել է Վրաստան-Հայաստան եւ Վրաստան-Ռուսաստան սահմանը՝ պայմանավորված կորոնավիրուսով»։

Հայ-վրացական եւ վրաց-ռուսական սահմանը կարող են հատել միայն բեռնատարները։ Մեզ ասացին, որ ցամաքային ճանապարհով շարքային քաղաքացիները Ռուսաստան կարող են մեկնել միայն որպես բեռնատարի վարորդ՝ բեռնափոխադրման անվան տակ։ Այսինքն՝ կարող են մեկնել միայն համապատասխան վարորդական իրավունք ունեցող տղամարդիկ, որոնք բեռնատար են վարում։

Մեխանիզմը հետեւյալն է․ այստեղից վերցնում են որեւէ բեռնատար մեքենա, լրացնում բեռնափոխադրման համապատասխան թղթերը եւ այն վարելով՝ մեկնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն։

Լարսի անցակետը հատելուց հետո բեռնատարը թողնում են ՌԴ տարածքում, այլ մեքենայով մեկնում իրենց ուզած քաղաքը։ Բեռնատարն էլ մեկ ուրիշ վարորդ հետ է բերում Հայաստան։ Սա բավականին թանկ հաճույք է, մեզ ասացին՝ մոտ 500 հազար դրամ է նստում բեռնատարով նման մեկ այցը Ռուսաստան, եթե, իհարկե, իրականում բեռնատարի վարորդ չես։

Այս ամիսներին շատերը ճարահատյալ դիմել են այս քայլին՝ նման խոշոր գումար վճարելով ՌԴ մեկնելու համար»:
