Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Սիրելի ՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր ստորագրած հրամանագրերիս համաձայն՝ Միքայել Սամվելի Վիրաբյանն ազատվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և բնակարանային հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնից՝ այլ աշխատանքի անցնելու կապակցությամբ, իսկ Մանե Վանյայի Թանդիլյանը նշանակվել է այդ պաշտոնին։

Միքայել Վիրաբյանն իր պաշտոնավարման կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ցուցաբերել է բարձր արհեստավարժություն, բայց ստեղծված պայմաններում նպատակահարմար եմ գտել Մանե Թանդիլյանի թեկնածությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով նրա փորձն ու գիտելիքները, քանի որ ակնկալում եմ, որ ավելի արդյունավետ լուծումներ կգտնենք երկրում առկա սոցիալական լարվածությունը մեղմելու համար:

Իսկ այսօր կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ ես նաև իմ անկեղծ շնորհակալությունն եմ փոխանցել տիկին Թանդիլյանին՝ ցուցաբերած պատրաստակամության և հետպատերազմական այս ծանր ժամակաշրջանում աշխատանքի առաջարկն ընդունելու համար»:

Մանե Թանդիլյանն իր հերթին գրել է.

«Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Արցախում գտնվելու ընթացքում ծանոթանալով ստեղծված իրավիճակին, ինչպես նաև ունենալով քննարկումներ Արցախի նախագահի և այլ պաշտոնյանների հետ, հասկացա մի պարզ ճշմարտություն, որ մեր ձախողումների գլխավոր պատճառներից մեկը կորսված ժամանակ է, ինչը տեղի է ունեցել տասնամյակներ, գուցե և ավելի։ Հետևաբար, այս պահին մենք պետք է ամեն օր աշխատենք, ստեղծենք, հզորացնենք մեր հայրենիքը, հակառակ պարագայում տարիներ անց էլի խոսելու ենք նախկինում բաց թողնված հերթական հնարավորությունների մասին։

Տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը շատերի համար ստեղծել է նաև անձական, ընտանեկան ողբերգություն և մենք պարտավոր ենք օր առաջ առնվազն մեղմել այդ ընտանիքների ցավը՝ ցուցաբերելով նվիրական հոգածություն և անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն։

Այս ամենի իրականացման համար իմ արդյունավետ ներգրավումը ուղղված Արցախը ապրեցնելուն առաջիկա ժամանակահատվածում համարում եմ Արցախի աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և բնակարանային հարցերի նախարարի կարգավիճակը, որը վստահ եմ թույլ կտա արագ լուծում տալ Արցախի քաղաքացիների սոցիալական խնդիրներին՝ նպատակ ունենալ կարճաժամկետ հատվածում ապահովել արցախցիների վերադարձը Արցախ՝ ստեղծելով կյանքի և աշխատանքի համար որակյալ պայմաններ»։
