Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ դեկտեմբերի 3-ի նիստում հաստատեց 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության ուղղությամբ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում զոհերի ընտանիքներին և հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած անձանց սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումը՝ համաձայն հավելվածի։

Սույն միջոցառմամբ սահմանված սոցիալական աջակցությունը կարող են ստանալ ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այնպես էլ Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները:

Սույն միջոցառմամբ սահմանված սոցիալական աջակցությունը չեն կարող ստանալ «Սահմանամերձ համայնքների սոցիալական աջակցության մասին» օրենքի հիման վրա միանվագ գումարային աջակցություն կամ հատուցում ստանալու իրավունք ունեցող անձինք:

Սոցիալական աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է միանվագ դրամական օգնության ձևով:

Ընդ որում` առաջարկվում է առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամություն կամ հաշմանդամ երեխայի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելու դեպքում տրամադրել 3.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերելու դեպքում` 2.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերելու դեպքում` 1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

իսկ զոհված քաղաքացիական անձանց ընտանիքների դեպքում՝ 5.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Սույն միջոցառման շրջանակում ընտանիքի անդամներ են համարվում՝

                1) ամուսինը.

                2) զավակը (զավակները).

                3) ծնողը (ծնողները).

                4) դեպքը տեղի ունենալու օրվա դրությամբ 18 տարին չլրացած կամ անգործունակ ճանաչված կամ մինչև 23 տարեկան առկա ցերեկային ուսուցմամբ սովորող ուսանող քույրը և եղբայրը, ինչպես նաև զոհված քաղաքացու խնամքի տակ գտնված 18 տարեկան և դրանից բարձր տարիքի հաշմանդամ քույրը և եղբայրը, եթե հաշմանդամ են ճանաչվել մինչև 18 տարին լրանալը: Ընդորում, քույրը և եղբայրը սոցիալական աջակցության իրավունքից կարող են օգտվել, եթե նրանց ծնողները կամ միակ ծնողը մահացած են կամ ունեն աշխատանքային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու կարողության առնվազն երրորդ աստիճանի սահմանափակում:

Սույն միջոցառումից օգտվելու համար դիմումը պետք է ներկայացվի էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ մինչև 2021 թվականիապրիլի 1-ը։

Սոցիալական աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է համապատասխան գումարը բանկային հաշվեհամարին փոխանցելու միջոցով:
