Շիրակի մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունում դեկտեմբերի 3-ին ՀՀ  ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Հովհաննես Եմիշյանը մեդալներ  հանձնեց մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցած շիրակցի փրկարարներին։

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հրշեջ-փրկարարներին՝ գնդապետ Հովհաննես Եմիշյանը  կարևորեց ստորաբաժանման գործողությունները:

«Շիրակի մարզի հրշեջ փրկարարաները մասնակցել են հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը՝ շատ բարդ տեղամասում:  Դա  եղել է այն տեղամասը, երբ մեր գնալու ժամանակ  արդեն ուժեր չկային: Կարողացանք  կայունացել վիճակը ու կանխել թշնամու հոսքը  Կարմիր Շուկայից դեպի Շուշի: Ստորաբաժանումն իր առջև դրված խնդիրը բարձր  է կատարել,  ունենք արդյունք՝ այն տարածքը, որտեղ մենք  էինք, այսօր մնացել է Արցախի Հանրապետության կազմում»,-նշեց գնդապետ Հովհաննես Եմիշյանն՝  ընդգծելով, որ պաշտպանությունը եղել է կամավորական, ոչ պարտադրական: «Մարդկանց մեջ ոչ միայն հայրենիքին ծառայելու, այլ նաև իրենց ներքին պատասխանատվությունն էր շատ բարձր: Մեր խրամատներն ու շտաբը  միշտ  եղել են թշնամու հրետակոծության տակ, բայց ճիշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում զոհեր ու վիրավորներ չեն գրանցվել, ստորաբաժանումն իր առջև դրված խնդիրն ամբողջապես կատարել է»,-նշեց Եմիշյանը:

Համաձայն ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի հրամանի՝ մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու և քաջություն ցուցաբերելու համար «Լավագույն հրշեջ-փրկարար», «Անձնվեր  փրկարար», «Կանխարգելում, օգնություն, փրկություն» մեդալներով պարգևատրվեցի Շիրակի մարզի փրկարարական ծառայություն տարբեր ջոկատների 12 հրշեջ-փրկարարներ:
