168.am-ը կապ է հաստատել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Միքայել Հարությունյանի հետ եւ փորձել պարզել՝ ի՞նչ է նա մտածում պատերազմի ելքի մասին, դրա  հետեւանքների, եւ թե ինչ միջոցներ է նա ձեռնարկել Արցախ մեկնելու  եւ  անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար:

Գեներալը կայքի հարցադրումներին ի պատասխան՝ տեղեկացրել է,  որ պատերազմի օրերին՝ հոկտեմբեր ամսվա սկզբին, այդ ժամանակ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի հետ զրույցում պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել գալ Հայաստան, Արցախ եւ նրա կողքին լինել՝ իր մասնագիտական փորձով, Տոնոյանն ասել է՝ հաղթելու ենք, դրա կարիքը չկա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռ  սեպտեմբերի 29-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Միքայել Հարությունյանը 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ դիմել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարությանը, որպեսզի իրեն հնարավորություն տան գալ Հայաստան եւ մեկնել Արցախ, սակայն պատասխան չի ստացել:

Ավելին, Միքայել Հարությունյանն իմանալով, որ Արցախում ռուսական արտադրության տեխնիկա կա, որը մասնագետների բացակայության պատճառով չեն կարողանում օգտագործել, առաջարկել է համապատասխան մասնագետներ ուղարկել, սակայն այս առաջարկը եւս մերժվել է:

«Ռուսական տեխնիկա կար, որը չէին կարողանում օգտագործել, քանի որ մասնագետ չկար: Այդ համապատասխան մասնագետները մենք ունեինք, եւ ես ասացի՝ գիտեմ, որ այսպիսի խնդիրներ կան, ես պատրաստ եմ օգնել մասնագետներով, որ գան եւ՛ սովորեցնեն, եւ՛ այլ հարցերում օգտակար լինեն:  Տոնոյանն ասաց՝ պետք չի, մենք ունենք ամեն ինչ, ամեն ինչի մասնագետներն էլ ունենք: Եվ այսպես խոսակցությունն ավարտվեց: Բայց գիտեմ, որ այդ տեխնիկան չի օգտագործվել՝ մասնագետներ չլինելու պատճառով»,- նշել է Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը:

Ի դեպ, գեներալ Հարությունյանը Դավիթ Տոնոյանին առաջարկել է նաեւ, քանի որ  ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը հնարավորություն չի ստեղծում, որ գա Հայաստան, ինքը պատրաստ է ՌԴ-ում օգտակար լինել:

«Ասել եմ՝ նշեք կոնկրետ խնդիրներ, եւ ես կփորձեմ դրանք հենց ՌԴ-ում լուծել, բայց ոչ մի պատասխան չեմ ստացել, ոչ մի խնդրի մասին ինձ չեն ասել»,- ասել է Հարությունյանը:
