35-ամյա տղամարդը համակարգչային տեխնիկայի գործադրմամբ 11 միլիոն դրամ է հափշտակել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործից անջատված մասով նախաքննությունը:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 35-ամյա տղամարդը, համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ, ուրիշի գույքի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 8-ին, Հայաստանյան բանկերից մեկում բացել է ընթացիկ և քարտային հաշիվներ:  Այնուհետև 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 10:41-ին, ընթացիկ հաշվին կանխիկ եղանակով մուտքագրել է 11.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ, որը նույն օրն ամբողջությամբ Ինտերնետ Բանկ ծառայության միջոցով փոխանցել է քարտային հաշվին, որից հետո մեկ այլ ընկերության օնլայն համակարգի միջոցով, իր քարտային հաշվին կցված վճարային քարտից իրականացրել է 3.852.500 ՀՀ դրամի և 7.084.700 ՀՀ դրամի չափով՝ թվով երկու առցանց փոխանցում այդ ընկերության հաշվեհամարին: Այնուհետև, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:11-ին, մեկ այլ Բանկի բանկոմատով ծածկագրի 3 անգամյա հաջորդաբար սխալ մուտքագրմամբ դիտավորյալ բլոկավորել է իր քարտային հաշվին կցված վճարային քարտը, որից հետո, համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ ուրիշի գույքի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակության գործընթացն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով, Ինտերնետ Բանկ ծառայության միջոցով բարեհաջող իրականացրել է իր քարտային հաշվում ֆիզիկապես գոյություն չունեցող վերոհիշյալ գումարների հետ փոխանցում իր ընթացիկ հաշվին և նույն օրը՝ ժամը 21:11-ին, գումարը կանխիկացրել է՝ ապօրինաբար անհատույց տիրանալով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շուրջ 11 մլն ՀՀ դրամ գումարին:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 35-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 181-րդ հոդվածի (համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, որը փոխարինվել է գրավով:

Անջատված մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատախազին:
