ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ԱԺ եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արման Եղոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.

«Մի քանի շաբաթ շարունակ լրատվական դաշտի մոնոպոլիստները հասարակության նյարդերն էին տակնուվրա անում՝ Հայաստանի այս կամ այն գյուղը, քաղաքը կամ տարածքն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու մասին մտացածին թեմայով՝ էլ Տավուշի գյուղեր, էլ Տիգրանաշեն, էլ Մեղրի, էլ միջանցք, էլ խոհանոց։

Արդյունքում՝ պարզվեց ի՞նչ։ Պարզվեց, որ ապաշրջափակվում են տարածաշրջանի տրանսպորտային հանգույցները։ Այսինքն Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը փոխադարձաբար թույլատրում են մեկը մյուսին օգտագործել իրենց տարածքում գտնվող տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքները։ Ընդ որում՝ այդ ենթակառուցվածքներից որևէ հատված մյուսից տարբերվող որևէ կարգավիճակ չի ունենում։

Հայտարարության մեջ խոսք անգամ չկա որևէ տեսակ միջանցքի, լեռնանցքի, ջրանցքի կամ նրբանցքի մասին։ Այլ կերպ ասած, ճանապարհները բացվում են պարիտետային սկզբունքի հիման վրա, այսինքն՝ իրավունքի ինչ ծավալով որ մենք ենք օգտվում իրենց ճանապարհներից, իրավունքի այդ նույն ծավալով էլ իրենք են օգտվում մեր ճանապարհներից։ Այսքանը։

Ոմանք կասեն, որ սա ավելի շատ ձեռնտու է Հայաստանին, քան Ադրբեջանին։ Ոմանք էլ կասեն, որ սա ավելի շատ ձեռնտու է Ադրբեջանին, քան՝ Հայաստանին։ Ոմանք էլ կասեն, որ սա երկուսին էլ ձեռնտու է հավասարապես։ Բայց սա կլինի արդեն լրիվ այլ խոսակցություն, որը ոչ մի կապ չի ունենա այս օրերին մեր հասարակությանը պատուհասած մեդիատեռորի հետ»։
