«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ են մտել անշարժ գույքի նոր՝ շուկայականին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքները, որոնք մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում են գործող արժեքները, այսինքն՝ մի նոր խնդիր է առաջացել՝ ինքնակամ շինությունների օրինականացման հետ կապված:

Եվ փաստացի բոլոր այն անձինք, որոնք ինքնակամ շինությունների օրինականացման համար դիմում են ներկայացրել մինչեւ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը, ապա դրական որոշման դեպքում կգործեն նախկին (ավելի ցածր) կադաստրային արժեքները: Եվ դա էր պատճառ հանդիսացել, որ երեկ՝ ամբողջ օրը, քաղաքացիները շտապել էին՝ դիմելու Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի «Մեկ պատուհան» ծառայությանը եւ ժամերով հերթ էին կանգնում։ Ու քաղաքապետարանում չկար մի պաշտոնյա, որը քաղաքացիներին կբացատրեր, որ այս հարցով կարող են օնլայն տարբերակով դիմել. այդ մասին, չգիտես ինչու, լռել են։ Եվ, ահա, այս ամենից զատ՝ այժմ էլ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը, Ծովինար Վարդանյանը, Վիկտոր Ենգիբարյանը, Հայկ Գեւորգյանը, Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը, Գեւորգ Պապոյանը, Հայկ Սարգսյանը, Հովիկ Աղազարյանը, Հռիփսիմե Գրիգորյանը, Սերգեյ Ատոմյանը ներկայացրել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծ, որը կրկին վերաբերում է ինքնակամ շինություններին:

Մասնավորապես, նախագծով առաջարկվում է, որ ինքնակամ կառույցների ապամոնտաժման ծախսերը ամբողջությամբ կրի կառուցապատողը՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ով է ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքները կատարել: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ, նույն փոփոխության համաձայն, մինչ այս օրենքը ուժի մեջ մտնելը կառուցված ինքնակամ կառույցը կարող է ճանաչվել օրինական՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ»:
