Հայաստանն առաջին անգամ միջպետական գանգատ է ներկայացրել ՄԻԵԴ՝ ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի

Սույն թվականի փետրվարի 1-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունը միջպետական գանգատ է ներկայացրել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի` սանձազերծած 44 օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրան հաջորդող ժամանակահատվածում թույլ տրված կոնվենցիոն խախտումների համար:

Մասնավորապես ՀՀ կառավարությունը պնդում է, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտել է Արցախի և ՀՀ-ի բնակչության կյանքի, խոշտանգումներից և անմարդկային վերաբերմունքից զերծ մնալու, անձեռնմխելիության, սեփականության, անձնական և ընտանեկան կյանքի, կրթության և մի շարք այլ իրավունքները:

Կառավարության կողմից գանգատին կից ներկայացվել են բազմաթիվ և ծավալուն ապացույցներ: Գանգատում, ի թիվս բազմաթիվ այլի, բարձրացված է նաև ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց, Արցախի տեղահանված բնակչության, զոհված և վիրավորված քաղաքացիական անձանց, նրանց հարազատների, սեփականությունը կորցրածների, տեղական և միջազգային ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանության մի շարք հարցեր։Այս Միջպետական գանգատը պետության անունից ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի տարվող իրավական գործընթացի կարևորագույն քայլ է: Այս առումով հատկանշական է, որ այս գանգատը Եվրոպական դատարան ՀՀ-ի կողմից ներկայացվող առաջին միջպետական գանգատն է:Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ առաջիկայում Եվրոպական դատարան են ուղարկվելու արդեն իսկ ներկայացված պահանջները հիմնավորող լրացուցիչ մեծածավալ ապացույցներ: Ինչպես մինչ օրս, այնպես էլ ապագայում ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը հանրությանը կծանուցի հետագա զարգացումների և ձեռնարկած քայլերի մասին:
