Արցախի Հանարպետության ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության մեկնաբանությունը օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածք մուտք գործելու նորացված ընթացակարգի վերաբերյալ.

«Անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով՝ հետպատերազմյան պայմաններում գործում է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածք մուտք գործելու նորացված ընթացակարգ: Արցախի Հանրապետություն այցելել ցանկացող օտարերկրյա պետությունների քաղաքացիները նախապես պետք է դիմեն Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն՝ Արցախ մուտք գործելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար: Այս ընթացակարգը տարածվում է ինչպես այն օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար, որոնք մուտքի վիզա ստանալու կարիք ունեն, այնպես էլ՝ այն պետությունների քաղաքացիների համար, որոնց համար գործում է առանց վիզայի ռեժիմ:

Դիմումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը փոխանցվում է նաև ՌԴ խաղաղապահ ուժերին` հաշվի առնելով անվտանգության նկատառումները։

Հայտերի հաստատումից հետո այդ մասին տեղեկացվում են դիմում ներկայացրած օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները, որոնք համապատասխան մուտքի արտոնագրերը ստանում են Երևանում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչությունում, որից հետո կարող են ժամանել Արցախ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ժամկետներին՝ համապատասխան աշխատանքներ են տարվում մեխանիզմի կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ։ Մուտքի թույլտվությունը կտրամադրվի 3-4 աշխատանքային օրերի ընթացքում. իհարկե` երբեմն գործընթացը կարող է ավելի երկար տևել, որի մասին դիմում ներկայացրած օտարերկրյա պետության քաղաքացին կտեղեկացվի։

Մեխանիզմը գտնվում է ներդրման փուլում։ Վերջին օրերի ընթացքում Արցախի Հանրապետություն նշված ընթացակարգով մուտք են գործել մի շարք օտարերկրյա լրատվամիջոցների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ»։
