Փետրվարի 11-ին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Երևանի Կոնդ թաղամասի պատմաքաղաքաշինական միջավայրի և զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի հերթական նիստը: Իր ելույթում Տիգրան Ավինյանը նշել է.

«Հարգելի’ գործընկերներ,

Տևական ընդմիջումից հետո համակարգող աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակում այսօր քննարկելու ենք Կոնդ թաղամասի քաղաքաշինական հարցերը:

Կոնդը պատմամշակութային խոշոր արժեք է ներկայացնում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով թաղամասի վերակառուցման մեր ծրագիրը պիտի նոր շունչ և նոր կոնցեպտ բերի ասպարեզ: Այս թաղամասը Երևանի կոլորիտի բաղկացուցիչ մաս է, որի վերակենդանացումն ու նորացումը շղթայական ազդեցություն կունենա նաև տեղական տնտեսության, աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի վրա: Այստեղ պիտի համատեղենք քաղաքային միջավայրի նորն ու ավանդականը:

Շաբաթներ առաջ հանրային քննարկմանն էինք ներկայացրել մրցույթի անցկացման նախագծի փաթեթը: Այսօր արդեն պիտի քննարկենք ստացված կարծիքներն ու առաջարկները: Կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե մրցույթի անցկացման համար, որ պայմաններն են ամենակարևորը և ինչպիսի միջոցառումներով ենք այն դարձնում հանրության համար մաքսիմալ մատչելի: Պետք է քննարկենք նաև գործընթացի փուլերը, քաղաքաշինական միջավայրի և պատմամշակութային հաստատված ու նորահայտ հուշարձանների պահպանման հարցերը:

Ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ Կոնդի վերակառուցումը լինելու է ներառական գործընթաց, ինչպես նախկինում քննարկել և պայմանավորվել ենք: Լսելի պետք է լինեն բոլորի կարծիքները և հաշվի առնվեն բոլոր դիտողությունները: Ավելին՝ գործընթացը լինելու է առավելագույնս թափանցիկ՝ հիմնված հանրային ակտիվ մասնակցության սկզբունքի վրա: Պիտի հնարավորինս լայն քննարկումներ ունենանք և վերակառուցման ծրագրում փորձենք ընդգրկել բոլոր պրակտիկ առաջարկները»:

Համակարգող միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի հերթական նիստում քննարկվել են մրցույթի նախագծի փաթեթին վերաբերող տարբեր հարցեր, մասնավորապես՝ ամփոփվել են ստացված առաջարկներն ու կարծիքները, դիտարկվել դրանց իրականացման հնարավորությունները: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել մրցույթի ժյուրիի կազմին, Կոնդ թաղամասի ներքին չափագրման աշխատանքների ընթացքին, թաղամասում պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների ցանկի և կազմակերպված շրջայցի արդյունքներին:

Նիստի ավարտին նախանշվել են հետագա քայլերը:
