ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ուղղված հետպատերազմյան շրջանում տարատեսակ խնդիրներ ունեցողներին, օրինակ՝ գերիների վերադարձ, Արցախից տարհանված քաղաքացիների բնակարանային հարցեր և այլն: Ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է դիմել միայն պատկան մարմինների աջակցությանը, իսկ կասկածելի օգնություն կամ առաջարկ ստանալու դեպքում անմիջապես հայտնել իրավապահ մարմիններին:

«Հետպատերազմյան շրջանի մի շարք խնդիրներով, օրինակ՝ գերիների վերադարձ, Արցախից տարհանված քաղաքացիների բնակարանային հարցեր և այլն, զբաղվում են պատկան մարմինները։

Ոստիկանության և ԱԱԾ վերջին շրջանի բացահայտումները, սակայն, փաստում են, որ որոշ հանցավոր տարրեր փորձում են օգտվել ստեղծված իրավիճակից։ Մասնավորապես, չարաշահելով խոցելի վիճակում հայտնված անձանց վստահությունը, տարբեր հարցեր լուծելու խոստումներով նրանցից խարդախությամբ հափշտակում են խոշոր գումարներ։

Հորդորում ենք մեր հայրենակիցներին դիմել միայն պատկան մարմինների աջակցությանը, իսկ կասկածելի օգնություն կամ առաջարկ ստանալու դեպքում անմիջապես հայտնել իրավապահ մարմիններին»,-ասված է ոստիկանության հայտարարության մեջ»։
