ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը հանդիպել է Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Միխայել Յոհաննես Բանցհաֆի հետ:

Խմբակցության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ բարեկամական հարաբերությունները երկու պետությունների և խորհրդարանների միջև ներդաշնակ զարգանում են: «Հատկապես 2019-ի ընթացքում բավականին ակտիվացել էին բարձրաստիճան փոխայցերը: Ցավոք, COVID-19-ի պատճառով անմիջական շփումները և պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների փոխայցերը ժամանակավորապես ընդհատվեցին: Չնայած այդ հանգամանքին՝ գոհունակությամբ նշեմ, որ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը խորհրդարանների միջև չի ընդհատվել: Շարունակվում են գործնական շփումները ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի և ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի նախագահ Վոլֆգանգ Շոյբլեի միջև»,- նշել է Լիլիթ Մակունցը՝ համագործակցության համատեքստում կարևորելով նաև Բունդեսթագի կողմից հովանավորվող «Միջազգային խորհրդարանական կրթաթոշակ» ծրագրի իրականացման շարունակականությունը:

Լիլիթ Մակունցը բարձր է գնահատել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության ամրապնդման և փոխվստահության մթնոլորտի ձևավորմանն ուղղված գերմանական կողմի ջանքերը: Նրա խոսքով՝ գնահատելի էին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի կապակցությամբ նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերի 29-ին Բունդեսթագում կայացած քննարկումները:

Խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավարն արժևորել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց անհապաղ վերադարձի հարցով 2021 թվականի մարտի 4-ին Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում տեղի ունեցած հատուկ քննարկումը:

Երկուստեք կարևորվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափի շրջանակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի վերջնական կարգավորման ուղղությամբ բանակցությունների շարունակությունը:

Լիլիթ Մակունցն առանցքային է համարել արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի՝ առանց սահմանափակումների իրացման և ըստ այդմ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի վերջնական հստակեցման հարցերը: Անդարադարձ է կատարվել նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից գրավված հայկական տարածքների դեօկուպացիայի խնդրին:
