Տարիներ անց ՀՀ վարչապետի աթոռն զբաղեցրած թիվ մեկ պատահականությունը կարդարանա, որ մենք այն պաշտպանելու համար տվեցինք հազարավոր զոհեր, վիրավորներ և անհետ կորածներ, բայց պահել չկարողացանք, քանի որ մեր դեմ կռվում էին ադրբեջանաթուրքական բանակն ու վարձկան գրոհայինների բանդաները՝ իրենց տրամադրության տակ եղած ողջ ռազմատեխնիկական ներուժով...

Արցախից աստիճանաբար հանվում են ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները...

Արդյունքում Հայաստանը կզրկվի այն ձեռքբերումներից, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ եղել են ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի արտաքին քաղաքականության կարևոր առաջնահերթությունները...

Տարիներ անց ՀՀ վարչապետի աթոռն զբաղեցրած թիվ մեկ պատահականությունը, ինչ կարգավիճակում կամ որտեղ էլ լինի, արդեն էական չէ, քանի որ մենք չենք ունենալու այն, ինչը ստեղծել ենք հազարավոր նվիրյալների արյան ու տարիներով կրած անասելի զրկանքների գնով...»:
