«Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերության Անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում Երևանի երկու 18-ամյա բնակիչները բռնվել են Երևան-Նորագավիթ հատվածում կապի մալուխի գողության փորձի ժամանակ: Տեղեկությունը հայտնում են ՀԿԵ մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, դեպքի վայրում հերթապահություն իրականացնող Անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցները նկատել և բռնել են երկու կասկածելի դեռահասների, որոնց հետո փոխանցեցին ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողներին:

Հետագայում պարզվել է նրանց ինքնությունը, և այն, որ նրանցից մեկը նախկինում արդեն դատապարտվել է նմանատիպ հանցագործության համար:

Ձերբակալվածները խոստովանել են, որ կատարել են այս, ինչպես նաև մարտի 19-ին Երևան-Նորագավիթ հատվածում 30 մետր մալուխի գողությունը:

Նկատենք, որ տարեսկզբից Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղում աճել է երկաթուղային համակարգի վրա արտաքին ազդեցությունների թիվը. հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին գրանցվել է 35 նման դեպք, ինչը 3 անգամ գերազանցում է 2020-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը: Հիմնականում դրանք էլեկտրական և կապի մալուխների գողություններ և գողության փորձեր են, ՀԿԵ-ի գույքի, ենթակառուցվածքի, շարժակազմի վնասման դեպքեր, որոնք ուղղակիորեն սպառնում են գնացքների երթևեկության անվտանգությանը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սեփականությունը հանդիսացող երկաթուղու գույքի գողությունները իրականում մեծ վտանգ են ներկայացնում գնացքների երթևեկության անվտանգության համար: Ընդամենը մի քանի մետր մալուխի գողությունը հանգեցնում է վազուրդիներում և գծանցներում կապի կորստին, ինչն անհնար է դարձնում գնացքների շարժի վերահսկումը, իսկ դա, իր հերթին, կարող է վտանգավոր միջադեպերի և վթարների պատճառ դառնալ:

Ընկերությունը վստահ է, որ հասարակության կողմից երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքի նկատմամբ պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքը թույլ կտա ապահովել գնացքների երթևեկության անվտանգության պատշաճ մակարդակը, ինչպես նաև ընկերության և քաղաքացիների գույքի պահպանությունը:
