ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազն այցելել է ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական հավաքակայան

ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Վահե Հարությունյանը ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային հանալրման ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ավթանդիլյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական հավաքակայան, որտեղ հետևել է զորակոչի կազմակերպման, անցկացվող վիճակահանության գործընթացներին, սահմանված կարգին և պայմաններին դրանց համապատասխանությանը:

Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Կենտրոնական հավաքակայանում զինվորական դատախազը հաղորդակցվել է զորակոչիկների հետ, լսել նրանց կարծիքներն ու առաջարկությունները: Վահե Հարությունյանը կարևորել է այն հանգամանքը, որ զորակոչիկները վիճակահանության անաչառությամբ խնդիրներ չեն մատնանշել, դժգոհություններ չեն արտահայտել, ինչը ևս վկայում է հատկապես հետպատերազմյան շրջանում իրականացվող առաջին զորակոչի շրջանակներում այս գործընթացի պատշաճ և հանրային բավարար վստահության ներքո անցկացվելու մասին՝ վստահեցնելով, որ այն գտնվում է ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազության ակնդետ ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Վահե Հարությունյանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև հավաքակայանում անցկացվող բժշկական հետազոտությունների կազմակերպման աշխատանքներին, որի ընթացքում առանձնազրույցներ է ունեցել ինչպես տարբեր բժիշկ-մասնագետների, այնպես էլ հետազոտվող զորակոչիկների հետ, ծանոթացել վերջիններիս ներկայացրած առողջական գանգատներին: Առանձին անձանց առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ առկա կասկածները փարատելու համար նա հանձնարարել է վերջիններիս ենթարկել կրկնակի ու ավելի մանրազնին հետազոտության:

Զինվորական դատախազին զեկուցվել է, որ մի քանի զորակոչիկներ ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական հավաքակայանից ետ են վերադարձվել կրկնակի հետազոտություններ անցկացնելու նպատակով, ինչի կապակցությամբ տրվել է հանձնարարական՝ տվյալ զորակոչիկների անձնական գործերն ուսումնասիրության նպատակով ուղարկել ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազություն:

Ելնելով իրեն ներկայացված առաջարկությունների, գանգատների ու մտահոգությունների բնույթից՝ ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազը ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային հանալրման ծառայության պետին տվել է զորակոչի գործընթացը և կազմակերպչական հարցերն առավել բարելավվելուն ուղղված կոնկրետ ցուցումներ:

Այցի վերջում Վ.Հարությունյանը բարի ծառայություն է մաղթել ՀՀ զինված ուժերի շարքերը համալրող երիտասարդներին՝ բարձր գնահատելով հատկապես պատերազմից հետո հայրենիքի պաշտպանության իրենց քաղաքացիական պարտքին հավատարիմ լինելու, պատերազմի բովով անցած և անձնուրացության ու նվիրվածության մարմնացում իրենց ավագ ընկերների ոգին կրելու համար:

Զինվորական դատախազը վստահեցրել է, որ պետությունը և ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազությունն ամեն ինչ անելու են ծառայության կրման ողջ ընթացքում նրանց իրավական պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու, աջակցելու և զորավիգ լինելու համար:
