«Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոցի» պաշտոնյաները կեղծել են հիվանդության պատմագրերը և հափշտակել 8 մլն դրամ

ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության, Շիրակի մարզային վարչության և Գյումրի քաղաքի Կումայրիի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց» ՓԲ ընկերության մանկաբուժական բաժանմունքում   2020 թվականին պետպատվերի շրջանակներում բուժօգնություն տրամադրելու պատրվակով տարբեր երեխաների ձևական գրանցել են հիվանդանոցում և խաբեությամբ հափշտակել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարներ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Դատախազության հանրային կապերի վարչության պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ստացվել են «Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց» ՓԲ ընկերությունում 2020 թվականի ընթացքում բուժումներ ստացած շահառուների վերաբերյալ տվյալները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության միասնական տեղեկատվական «ԱՐՄԵԴ» համակարգում առկա հիվանդների վերաբերյալ տվյալները։

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ «Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց» ՓԲԸ-ի պաշտոնատար անձինք, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, կեղծել են պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող հիվանդության պատմագրերը, որոնք վճարման են ներկայացվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության միասնական տեղեկատվական «ԱՐՄԵԴ» համակարգ, որպիսի պայմաններում ՀՀ-ից՝ ի դեմս ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության, խարդախությամբ հափշտակել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 7.973.400 (յոթ միլիոն ինը հարյուր յոթանասուներեք հազար չորս հարյուր) ՀՀ դրամ գումար։

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական  օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցել է քրեական գործ:
