«Ո՞վ խաբեց գերիների առումով․
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ապրիլի 7-ին ՌԴ-ում հանդիպումների ժամանակ ակնարկեց, թե ինքը Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել գերիների վերադարձի թեմայով։
Ապրիլի 8-ի 21։33-ին ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը ոգևորությամբ հայտարարեց, թե մի քանի ժամից հայ գերիները վերադառնալու են։
Րոպեներ անց այդ լուրը պաշտոնապես հաստատեցին վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը և փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Նժդեհ Հովսեփյանը։
Իրականում լավ լուրը առաջինը տարածելու համար իրար հերթ չէին տալիս բարձրագույն իշխանության մարմինները, մինչդեռ գերիների վերադարձի մասին տեղյակ չէին այդ գործի համար պատասխանատու առանցքային մարմինները՝ ԱԳՆ-ն, ԱԱԾ-ն, ՊՆ-ն։
Որտեղի՞ց էին տեղեկացել գերիների վերադարձի մասին վարչապետի և փոխվարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակներն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մտերիմ պատգամավորը։ Տրամաբանորեն՝ ամենավերին օղակից, քանի որ չէր կարող, օրինակ, Մանե Գևորգյանը պաշտոնապես հաստատել լուրը՝ առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համաձայնությունը կամ հանձնարարությունը ստանալու։
Ի վերջո, եթե կար տեղեկություն, ապա պետության ղեկավարն ունի տեխնիկական ռեսուրսներ՝ կապ հաստատելու նաև օդում գտնվող ինքնաթիռի հետ և ճշտումներ անելու։ Կարո՞ղ էր արդյոք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օդանավում գտնվող Ռուստամ Մուրադովից հարցնել գերիների մասին, հետո նոր իր ենթականերին հրահանգել տարածել այդ սուտը։
Ինքնաթիռի վայրէջքից հետո, երբ մարդիկ հասկացան, որ գերիները չեն վերադարձել, Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն տարածեց, թե Ադրբեջանը փոշմանել է։ Արդեն ապրիլի 9-ին Ռուստամ Մուրադովի խոսքից պարզ դարձավ, որ Ադրբեջանը չէր էլ համաձայնել, որպեսզի հետո փոշմաներ․ «Պրովոկացիա էր, թյուրիմացության մեջ են գցում բնակչությանը։ Գերիների վերադարձ պլանավորված չի եղել, դա սովորական աշխատանքային այց էր»,- ասել է Մուրադովը։
Ստացվում է, կրկին ստե՞ց ՀՀ իշխանությունը։
Սա խոսում է պետական կառավարման ամբողջական տապալման և համակարգի բացակայության մասին։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը տառապում է «Պաթոլոգիկ սուտ» հիվանդությամբ, որը հոգեկան խանգարում է և այն գնալով խորանում է։
«Պաթոլոգիկ սուտ» հիվանդությունը հանդիպում է ինչպես անհատ մարդկանց, այնպես էլ կառույցների մոտ, որոնք ցանկանում են ցույց տալ իրենց կարևորությունը։ Պաթոլոգիկ ստախոսները կարող են գիտակցել, որ ստում են, բայց շարունակել ավելի ստել, քանի որ դա իրենք աստիճանաբար ընդունում են իբրև ճշմարտություն»։
