Իրականում գործ ունենք դատական իշխանության վերջնական ջախջախման հետ: Աս մասին իր ֆեսբուքյան էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանանը` անդրադառնալով ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարանին լիազորութոունները կաեսցնելուն եւ նրա դմե քրեական գործ հարուցելուն:

«ԱՄՈԹ ՄԵԶ ԲՈԼՈՐԻՍ

Բարձրագույն Դատական Խորհուրդը կասեցրել է ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի լիազորությունները, քանի որ հայրենի դատախազությունը վերջինիս հկատմամբ քրեական գործ է թխել։ Այո՛, համոզված եմ, որ գործը թխված է։ Առաջինը հիշենք, դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանին, ով համարձակվեց փոխել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը , ինչպես նաև դիմել Սահմանադրական Դատարան (ՍԴ)։ Սրան հետևեցին դատարանների և ՍԴ շրջափակումը և դատավորների ահաբեկումը։ Եվ «հանկարծ», հայրենի դատախազությունն, իր «նախկին, բայց թարմացված և բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալ» ղեկավարի գլխավորությամբ դատավորի նախկին գործողություններում «հայտնաբերեց» քրեական հանցագործություն ․․․ և կասեցրեց նրա պաշտոնավարությունը։ «Հայտնաբերվեցին» նաև նախկինում գործած քրեական հանցագործություններ ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի ողջ ազգուտակով, էլ սանիկ, էլ հայր, էլ երեխաներ։Եվ այժմ հերթը հասավ ԲԴԽ նախագահին։ Սպասում եմ, որ քաղ․հասարակության ներկայացուցիչները «լուրջ» դեմքերով բացատրեն, որ սա դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների ծիրի մեջ է; Այո, ԲԴԽ նախագահ է դառնում, բոլոր ժամանակների «մեծն իրավաբան», ընտրակեղծիքների ռահվիրա, խոշտանգումների ջատագով, համեստ բնակարանում բնակվող և ապրելակերպով Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը։

Իրականում գործ ունենք դատական իշխանության վերջնական ջախջախման հետ։ Վարչապետ կոչեցյալն, իր տոտալիտար մտածողությամբ չի պատկերացնում, որ Հայաստանում կարող են լինել ինքնուրույն, անկախ պետական կառույցներ։ Նա ոչնչացնում է ոչ միայն դատական , այլև կրթական համակարգը, վերացնելով ԲՈՒՀ-երի և դպրոցների երերուն ինքնավարությունը։

․․․Եվ մենք այս ամենը հանդուրժում ենք, իսկ ընդդիմությունն այս ամենը տեսնելով պատրաստվում է «ընտրությունների»․․․»:
