Մինչև 3 հա վարելահողերի կաթիլային ոռոգման անցնելու դեպքում նախատեսվում է 5 տարի ջրի գումար չգանձել

Պետությունը նախատեսում է առաջիկայում գործարկել ծրագիր, ըստ որի՝ մինչև 3 հա վարելահողերում կաթիլային ոռոգման անցնելու դեպքում 5 տարի ոռոգման ջրի գումար չի գանձվի, պետությունը կփոխհատուցի: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Վայոց ձորի մարզ կատարած այցի շրջանակում Ռինդ գյուղի բնակիչների հետ հանդիպմանը:

Փաշինյանը պատերազմից հետո այս ծանր ժամանակաշրջանը, վիշտը, հարվածը հաղթահարելու ճանապարհ համարեց աշխատանքը: «Մենք պետք է աշխատանքով շենացնենք մեր երկիրը, մենք պետք է աշխատանքով բարեկեցություն ստեղծենք մեր երկրի համար և պետք է աշխատանքի հնարավորությունները հնարավորինս ընդլայնենք»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետը նկատեց, որ պաշտոնական վիճակագրությամբ՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզի վարելահողերի 74 տոկոսը չի մշակվում, ինչը լուրջ խնդիր համարեց: «Իհարկե այդտեղ կլինի ինչ-որ մի հատված, որ սահմանային իրադրության պատճառով չի մշակվում, բայց այնուամենայնիվ, ինչքան էլ օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով իջեցնենք այդ ցուցանիշը, միևնույն է, կպարզվի, որ մարզում ավելի շատ վարելահող չի մշակվում, քան մշակվում է»,-ասաց նա:

 Փաշինյանը խոսեց նաև օբյեկտիվ խնդիրներից՝ մատնանշելով հատկապես վարելահողերին հասնող ճանապարհները, ոռոգման խնդիրները: «Այսօր ընդհանուր առմամբ հանրապետության վարելահողերի 74 տոկոսը ոչ ոռոգվող է, այսինքն՝ 74 տոկոսը ջրին հասանելիություն չունի: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանրապետությունում վարելահողերի 49 տոկոսը չի մշակվում»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

Նա շեշտեց՝ կառավարությունը պետք է աշխատի, որ ստեղծի բոլոր պայմանները, որ գյուղացիներն այդ հողը մշակեն, ներդրումներ անեն: Պետությունը ոռոգման ջրի հասանելիության խնդիրը լուծելու հարցում եկել է եզրակացության: «Ժամանակակից աշխարհն անցնում է կաթիլային ոռոգման: Եվ մենք հիմա աշխատում ենք այդ ծրագրի վրա. որ մինչև 3 հա այն վարելահողերը, որոնք կանցնեն կաթիլային ոռոգման և անձրևացման, դրանց համար ոռոգման ջրի գումար 5 տարի ընդհանրապես չգանձենք, այսինքն պետությունը կփակի»,-ասաց վարչապետն ու վստահեցրեց, որ այդ ծրագիրը պետությունն առաջիկայում անպայման կգործարկի:

Փաշինյանը կարևորեց նաև նմանատիպ այլ խթանող ծրագրերի ստեղծումը՝ հակակարկտային ցանցերի համար:
