Միջազգային անվտանգության վարչության պետ Գեորգի Քոչարյանը մեկնաբանությունել է Քիմիական զենքի արգելման կազմակերպության 25-րդ համաժողովին ՀԱՊԿ հայտարարությունը։

«Հաագայում ընթացող Քիմիական զենքի արգելման կազմակերպության /ՔԶԱԿ/ 25-րդ համաժողովին ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունները հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, որն ի շարս այլ հայցերի անդրադարձել է նաև վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութերի կիրառմանը, ինչին մենք առերեսվեցինք 44-օրյա՝ այդ թվում սպիտակ ֆոսֆորին նմանվող նյութի օգտագործմամբ, թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի ընթացքում:

Ավելին, հայաստանյան կողմի ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ համաձայնեցված հայտարարությունում, մասնավորապես, նշված է, որ «զարմանք է առաջացնում ՔԶԱԿ քարտուղարության կողմից անտեսումը այն փաստի, որ վերջերս տարածաշրջանային հակամարտության ընթացքում կիրառվել է քիմիական նյութ, որի հասցրած վնասը մարդկանց և շրջակա միջավայրին համարժեք է քիմիական զենքի կիրառման վնասին»:

Այս համատեքստում նաև շեշտվում է քարտուղարության պարտավորությունը՝ արձագանքելու մասնակից պետությունների դիմումներին և, կոնվենցիոն նորմերի համաձայն, ձեռնարկելու անհետաձգելի քայլեր։

Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից արգելված սպառազինությունների կիրառման և կատարված ռազմական հանցագործությունների մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու նպատակով Հայաստանը 2020թ. հոկտեմբերից ՔԶԱԿ ղեկավար օղակներում շարունակաբար բարձրացրել է սպիտակ ֆոսֆորին նմանվող քիմիական նյութի պարունակությամբ զենքի կիրառման փաստը քննելու նպատակով ՔԶԱԿ փաստահավաք առաքելություն Արցախ գործուղելու անհրաժեշտության հարցը՝ ներկայացնելով համապատասխան տեղեկատվական նյութեր, ներառյալ արտասահմանյան փորձագետների կողմից նախապատրաստված զեկույցը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
