Ադրբեջանի բռնապետը երեկ այցելել էր Արցախի օկուպացված հարավ-արևմտյան տարածքները և Կովսականում (Զանգելանում) մասնակցել է միջազգային նոր օդանավակայանի հինարկեքին: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

«Հիշեցնեմ, որ մինչ այդ Իլհամը հայտարարել էր, որ Ֆիզուլիում ևս կկառուցվի միջազգային օդանավակայան, որը ծրագրված է ավարտել 2022 թ-ի ապրիլ-մայիսին...

Ստացվում է, որ Արցախի օկուպացված հարավային շրջաններում՝ Ֆիզուլիում և Զանգելանում, որոնք բավական մոտ են գտնվում իրար, Բաքուն կառուցում է երկու միջազգային օդանավակայաններ...

Աշխարհագրությանը և աշխարհաքաղաքական գործընթացներին լավ ծանոթ մարդիկ շատ արագ կկռահեն, որ կառուցվելիք այս երկու օդանավակայանները գտնվում են Իրանի սահմանին շատ մոտ և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող են միջազգայինից վերածվել ռազմականի՝ համապատասխան ծառայություններ մատուցելով այն հակաիրանական ուժերին, որոնք Իրանի դեմ պլանավորված պատերազմում շատ մեծ տեղ են հատկացրել Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված Արցախի տարածքներին, որտեղից ծրագրել են ոչ միայն ԱԹՍ-ներով և ռազմական ինքնաթիռներով հետախուզություն անել, ռազմական հարվածներ հասցնել Իրանին, այլև, առաջին հերթին, հաշվի առնելով Իրանի հյուսիս-արևմուտքում բնակվող թուրք-ադրբեջանցիների թիվը՝ սրել իրավիճակն Իրանի այդ շրջանում՝ դառնալով պլացդարմ նաև կենտրոնախույս և դիվերսիոն ուժերի Իրանի տարածք տեղափոխելու համար...

Արդեն զարմանալի չէ, որ օկուպացված տարածքաներում Բաքում դեռ որևէ բնակավայր չի կառուցել, բայց շատ արագ ինչ-որ միջազգային օդանավակայաններ է հապշտապ կառուցում... Դրանով նա իր շնորհակալությունն է հայտնում այն ուժերին, ովքեր օգնեցին Իլհամին կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկել Հայաստանը և ցույց տալ, որ Բաքուն հավատարիմ և շնորհակալ է նրանց ու արագորեն նախապատրաստվում է Իրանի դեմ սպասվելիք ագրեսիային՝ համապատասխան պլացդարմեր ստեղծելով իր և Իրանի սահմանին...

Հավելեմ, որ ոչ պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն ամերիկյան, որոշ արևմտյան և իսրայելական զինվորականները շատ վաղուց են գնվում Ադրբեջանում և նույնիսկ Իրանի հետ սահմանամերձ շրջաններում գաղտնի և թոքրիկ բազաներ ունեն...

ԱՄՆ-ն և արևմուտքը նավթով և գազով հարուստ Իրաքի, Լիբիայի, Սիրիայի որպես կենտրոնաձիգ երկրներ դե ֆակտո վերացնելուց, ինչպես նաև Քուվեյթի, Կատարի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, Բահրեյնի, ԱՄԷ-ի, Օմանի նկատմամբ տոտալ վերահսկողություն սահմանելուց հետո նախապատրաստվում է իրանական նավթի և գազի զավթման ծրագրի իրականացմանը, որի մեջ Ադրբեջանն իր դերն ու տեղն ունի...

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Հայաստանին, ապա Իրանի դեմ ծրագրված պատերազմը և նրա ենթադրյալ մասնատումը հակասում է մեր ազգային շահերին և կարող է ամբողջությամբ շրջափակման բերել մեր երկիրը, քանի որ չի բացառվում, որ հյուսիս-արևմտյան Իրանը, որի հետ մենք սահման ունենք, որպես Թեհրանի դեմ պատերազմին մասնակցելու «շնորհակալություն» հայտնի Բաքվին...

Հ.Գ. Անկարան, Բաքուն և նրանց գործընկերներն արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմով, որի հետևանքով մենք պարտվեցինք, մեկնարկ տվեցին Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Չինաստանի մասնատմանը... Մինչ համապատասխան ուժերին և կենտրոններին հետաքրքրում են Իրանի նավթն ու գազը, նրանց դաշնակից Անկարան և Բաքուն իրականացնում են Էրդողանի նեոպանթուրքիստական և նեոօսմանական ծրագրերը...»,- գրել է նա:
