«Սյունիքի ողջույն բոլոր ձրիակեր դավաճաններին:

Կարծես ուշադրությունից դուրս է մնում այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանի կողմից պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելու, Ռուսաստանից ռազմական օգնություն խնդրելու, Ֆրանսիայի կողմից խնդիրը ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում քննարկելու պատրաստակամության, Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստ հրավիրելու և այլ գործընթացների տեղեկատվական հիմքը եղել է ընդամենը սյունեցի մի հովիվ, որը սարում պատահաբար տեսել է ադրբեջանցի զինվորի և վիճաբանության մտել նրանց հետ:

Իսկ պետական սահմանի պահպանության համար պատասխանատու Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը զբաղված է ոչ պակաս կարևոր գործերով. օրինակ Գյումրիում սոցիալական ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից 50.000 դրամ ենթադրյալ կաշառքի, Merci շոկոլադե կոնֆետների և 3 աստղանի Արարատ կոնյակի դիմաց ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիքների չեզոքացման հարցերով: Զինված ուժեր գլխավոր շտաբում, վարչական դատարանի հետ, պարզում են, թե ով է շտաբի պետն ու իր առաջին տեղակալը։ Քննչական մարմիններում հազարավոր գործերով մեղավորներ են փնտրում բանակի ողջ մնացածների շարքերում։

Ի հակադրություն դրան, պատերազմից հետո, մենք անգամ հայկական լրահոսից ենք տեղեկանում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի մոտ Ադրբեջանական նոր զորամասերի կառուցման, սահմանի վերահսկողության և ինժեներական կառույցների ստեղծման իրենց անդադար աշխատանքի մասին։

Ադրբեջանցիները զբաղված են մեր երկրի հաշվին իրենց սահմաններն ամրապնդելով, մեր տարածքների նկատմամբ գերիշխող դիրքեր զբաղեցնելով, իսկ մենք՝ Արցախի անվտանգության և գերիների վերադարձի հարցը թողել ենք ռուս խաղաղապահներին, Հայաստանի սահմանների պաշտպանության հարցը գցում ենք ՀԱՊԿ-ի և Ռուսաստանի վրա, և զբաղված ենք ինչո՞վ՝ հանուն իշխանության պայքարով՝ ընտրություններով։

Հայաստանին ընտրություն պետք չի։ Հայաստանին պետք է միայն մեկ կենսական ընտրություն․ դավաճանը պետք է վռնդվի, դավաճանը պետք է պատժվի, անհապաղ պետք է ձևավորի ճգնաժամային կառավարություն, հայտարարվի ռազմական դրություն, հետաձգվի ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունը, շտապ կարգով լուծում տրվի բոլոր կենսական խնդիրներին։ Բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը, կազմակերպությունները և քաղաքացիները պետք է անհապաղ կենտրոնացնեն իրենց ջանքերը այդ ուղղությամբ։ Ընտրությունն էլ ավել է խորացնելու օր-օրի մեզ կործանող ճգնաժամը։ Պետք է անցնել արտակարգ ռեժիմում օպերատիվ կառավարման։ Կործանարար է այլևս ամեն րոպեն»։
