2021 թվականի մայիսի 23-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանի կողմից «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանի՝ «Իշխանությունները բացահայտ շանտաժի են ենթարկում համայնքների ղեկավարներին և բիզնես ներկայացուցիչներին...» գրառման վերաբերյալ տրված պարզաբանման առնչությամբ օգտատեր, ՀՅԴ կուսակցության և «Հայաստան» դաշինքի անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը կատարել է մեկնաբանություն այն մասին, որ առկա են կոնկրետ փաստեր: ՀՀ Ոստիկանության կողմից տարածած պարզաբանումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Ա. Գևորգյանի Հրապարակման և Գ. Մանուկյանի կողմից նշված փաստերը ստուգելու համար 23.05.2021 թ. Երևան քաղաքի դատախազությունից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունում ստացվել է հանձնարարություն:

Ստուգման նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն է հրավիրվել Գեղամ Մանուկյանը, հրաժարվելով ներկայացնել որևէ փաստ գրառման վերաբերյալ՝ հայտնել է, որ «ֆեյսբուքյան «Гехам Манукян» օգտահաշիվը պատկանում է իրեն: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման, պարզաբանման տակ թողնված մեկնաբանությունն իրենն է, սակայն դրանով նկատի չի ունեցել նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանի ձևակերպած կոնկրետ փաստը, այլ նկատի է ունեցել «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Արամ Վարդևանյանի կողմից ամենօրյա ռեժիմով արձանագրված այս կամ այն իրավախախտումները: Այսինքն, իր մեկնաբանությունն ընդհանուր բնույթ է կրել»:

Գ. Մանուկյանը հրաժարվել է ներկայացնել առերևույթ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում և փաստեր՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ եթե նման դեպքեր լինում են, ապա դրանք ներկայացվում են Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով, և իրենք էլ իրենց հերթին անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ իրավապահ մարմիններին:

Վերոգրյալը վկայում է այն մասին, որ նշված մեկնաբանությունը նպատակ է ունեցել կա՛մ իրավապահ մարմինների ռեսուրսներն անտեղի վատնելուն, կա՛մ ստեղծել հանրային ընկալումներ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Ա. Գևորգյանի գրառման վերաբերյալ, որը հիմնազուրկ է:

Ոստիկանությունը կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ նման անհիմն և չփաստարկված հրապարակումներ կատարելուց, իսկ փաստերի առկայության դեպքում ներկայացնել հաղորդում իրավապահ մարմիններին»:
