Արդեն ժամանակն է, որ մենք մտածենք մեր մոբիլիզացիոն ռեսուրսի կարգավորման մասին և բոլոր սցենարներն ունենանք մեր տեսադաշտում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 27-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը

«Մենք գտնվում ենք ընտրությունների շեմին, որոնք իրենց ներքին լարվածությունն են առաջացնում և բերելու են բազմաթիվ շահարկումների, իրողությունների այլ մեկնաբանությունների։ Իսկ իրականում մենք ունենք սահմանային լարվածության աճ, որը պետք է կանխենք, իսկ հետագայում մեր ոչ միայն Զինված ուժերի կառավարելիությունը պետք է ունենա թռիչքաձև աճ, այլ նաև պետք է կայանա մեր մոբիլիզացիոն ռեսուրսը, որը 20 տարի շարունակ չենք ունեցել։ Ինչը նշանակում է եռամսյա, վեցամսյա հավաքների միջոցով որոշակի տարիքային խմբի մարդկանց պատրաստել»,- նշեց նա։ 

Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի կարծիքով՝ ադրբեջանցիները անընդհատ իրականացնում են պրովոկացիոն գործողություններ՝ փորձելով էլ ավելի սրել սահմանային իրավիճակը։

«Եթե գերիների խնդիրը չլուծվի ժամերի կամ օրերի ընթացքում, գերիները փոխանակվում են գերիների հետ։ Դա է թելադրում օրվա պարտադրանքը։ Մենք գերիներ չունենք, բայց իրենք էլ երեկ նոր գերիներ նրանք չունեին, բայց գերիներ կային, որոնց հետ կապված բոլոր միջազգային կառույցները բանակցում էին։ Այս ամենի պատասխանատվությունը կրում է Ադրբեջանը։ Եթե Ադրբեջանը նստում է իր համար հարմար դիրքերում, վաղը մենք կարող ենք նստել մեզ համար հարմար դիրքերում։ Եթե մեր վրա կրակում են, մենք էլ պետք է կրակենք։ Եթե քո վրա կրակում են, դու պարտավոր ես կրակել, որպեսզի լռեցնես քո վրա կրակողին։ Այս գործընթացն ինչ-որ կերպ պետք կանգնեցվի, և սկսենք խոսել այդ խնդիրների լուծման և նոր խնդիրներ չառաջացնենք։ Բայց առավոտյան, առևանգելով մեր վեց զինվորներին, Ադրբեջանը նոր իրողություն առաջացրեց, թե մեզ համար, թե իրենց, թե տարածաշրջանի»,- ընդգծեց Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը։

Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հայտնեց, որ այսօր է վերադարձել Մոսկվայից, որտեղ մասնակցում էր ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների խորհրդարանական պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովների կորդինացիոն խորհրդաժողովին։

«Զեկույցով հանդես եմ եկել Կովկասում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին։ Մեր գնահատակները բավականին խիստ են եղել նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ի դանդաղկոտության հետ կապված, բայց ՀԱՊԿ-ն, այնպիսինն է, ինչպիսին այժմ կա, բայց այսօրվա մեր իրողությունները թելադրում են, որ ՀԱՊԿ կառույցները լուծեն իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները և դառնան ավելի կենսունակ և խնդիրներ լուծող»,- ասաց Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը։

Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե հնարավոր է, որ հայտարարվի ռազմական դրություն, ինչի արդյունքում կչեղարկվի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը, Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է․ «Եթե դեպքերը զարգանան, այդ հարցի քննարկումը կդառնա իրականություն և բնականաբար, քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է գան կոնսենսուսի»:
