Սյունիքի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը հունիսի 3-ին հանդիպել է Սյունիքի մարզպետ Մելիքսեթ Պողոսյանի հետ: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին հայտնել են ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանատնից:

Նշվում է, որ կողմերը քննարկել են Հայաստանի հարավային շրջանում տիրող իրավիճակը, ներառյալ՝ իրավիճակը սահմանամերձ հատվածներում: Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը դաշնակցային պարտավորությունների կատարման շրջանակներում էական ներդրում ունի եղբայրական Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման գործում: Մասնավորապես, ավելացվել է ռուս սահմանապահ զորքերի անձնակազմի թվաքանակը, հատկացվել են նյութատեխնիկական և ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ նրանց գործունեությունն ապահովելու համար:

Մելիքսեթ Պողոսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռուսաստանին և նրա ղեկավարությանը 2020 թվականին տեղի ունեցած արյունահեղությունը դադարեցնելու և դրան հաջորդած հետկոնֆլիկտային վերականգնման հարցում անգնահատելի ներդրման համար: Մարզպետը բարձր է գնահատել մարզում ռուս սահմանապահների ծառայությունը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Սյունիքի մարզի և ՌԴ սուբյեկտների միջև համագործակցության ներկա մակարդակը և դրանք ընդլայնելու հեռանկարները: Քննարկվել են Սյունիքի մարզի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման արդիական հարցեր: Դեսպանը հավաստիացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կշարունակի աջակցել մարզի տնտեսական ներուժի իրացմանը, այդ թվում՝ զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում:

Այդ համատեքստում Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինն ընդգծել է մարզում ռուսական կապիտալի տեսանելի ներկայությունը, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի ծրագրերի գծով ՌԴ-ի կողմից իրականացվող ֆինանսավորումը, որոնք ուղղված են բնակչության տարբեր խմբերի աջակցությանն ու տնտեսության զարգացմանը:

Դեսպանը նաև շնորհավորել է մարզպետին «ԱՊՀ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք» ծրագրի մեկնարկի առիթով, որի շրջանակներում Կապան քաղաքում նախատեսվում  են մի շարք խոշոր միջոցառումներ:
