Հունիսի 5-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնի, քրեական ոստիկանության  գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողները և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ քննչական բաժնի քննիչները, տաք հետքերով իրականացնելով օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ օպերատիվ և ճիշտ գործողություներ, բացահայտել են Շենգավիթ վարչական տարածքի Արշակունյաց 4-րդ նրբանցքի տներից մեկում տեղի ունեցած սպանությունը, տեղեկացնում է Shamshyan.com–ը:

Մինչ դիահերձարանում դատաբժիշկը զննում էր դին, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով հայտնաբերել և ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել նշված փողոցի բնակիչ, 32-ամյա Արմեն Ե.-ի, ով սպանվածի քրոջ որդին է: Վերջինս փաստերի ճնշման տակ խոստովանել է կատարած հանցագործությունը: Հայտնաբերվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք դանակը:

Փաստի առթիվ Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի պետ Ռոբերտ Վարդանյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, սպանության կասկածանքով Արմեն Ե.-ն  ձերբակալվել է:
