Դիտարկվող թեկնածուների ցանկում հաջորդն «Ավշարի գինու գործարան»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Սարգիս Միրզոյանն է: Վերջինս ԿԸՀ է ներկայացրել հետևյալ ունեցվածքի մասին հայտարարագիրը՝ 4 հողամաս, մեկ բնակելի տուն, Դրամական եկամուտները կազմել են 8 միլիոն դրամ, 45 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 4500 եվրո: Սարգիս Միրզոյանին մամուլում հաճախ են անվանում Ավշարի սեփականատեր Արայիկ Գրիգորյանի «իրավահաջորդը»: 

Գրիգորյաններին պատկանող «Ավշարի գինու գործարան»-ը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում զգալի ավելացրել է հարկային վճարումները: Գինու գործարանը հայտնվել է ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հրապարակած հազար խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում. մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ավելի քան 894 մլն 164 հազար դրամով ավելացրել է հարկային վճարումները: Հեղափոխությունից հետո Գրիգորյանների գինու գործարանը պետական բյուջե վճարել է 1 մլրդ 448 մլն դրամ, իսկ 2018 թվականին «Ավշարի գինու գործարան»-ի կատարած հարկային վճարումները կազմել են 553 մլն 836 հազար դրամ; Ստացվում է, որ կա՛մ Գրիգորյանի գործերը կտրուկ լավացել են, նրա բիզնեսը նոր Հայաստանում շռնդալից հաջողություններ է գրանցում, կա՛մ վերջինս պարզապես հետ է վերադարձրել բյուջե՝ այդ նույն բյուջեից ժամանակին «փախցրածը»:
 
Բացի այդ վերջերս պարզ դարձավ, որ «Ավշարի գինու գործարան» ընկերության կողմից խախտվել է «Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքը։ Բանն այն է, որ հանձնաժողովը կոնյակի շրջանառության ոլորտում իրականացվող ուսումնասիրության շրջանակներում դիմել է ընկերությանը` գրությունը ստանալուն հաջորդող օրվանից հաշված 10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում` ուսումնասիրության համար անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնելու պահանջով: Ընկերությունն այն ստացել է 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 21-ին, որից հետո պարտավոր էր գրությամբ սահմանված տեղեկատվությունը ներկայացնել մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 4-ը ներառյալ: Սակայն գրությամբ պահանջված տեղեկատվությունն ընկերությունը ներկայացրել է հոկտեմբերի 24-ին եւ ոչ ամբողջական: Որոշվել է ընկերության նկատմամբ հարուցել վարչական վարույթ։
