Հայ գերիների ճշտված թիվը 60 է։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստատեսության եթերում նախընտրական բանավեճի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչապետի թեկնածու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Այս պահի դրությամբ պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհերի թիվը 3705 է, անհետ կորած կամ գտնվելու վայրը անհայտ 268 մարդ, հաստատված գերիներ, այս պահին, ունենք 60 հոգի և ունենք վարկած ևս 110 հոգու գերեվարված լինելու վերաբերյալ»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը և հավելեց, որ այս պահի դրությամբ 89 գերեվարված անձ է վերադարձվել, որոնցից 6-ը գերեվարվել են մինչև պատերազմը։

Նա ընդգծեց նաև, որ 1994 թվականից մինչև այսօր 395 մարդ անհետ կորած է համարվում։

«Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզների մի փոքր մասն ենք տվել, ոչ թե ամբողջը։ դա ոչ թե փոխանակություն է եղել, այլ հումանիտար քայլ։ Դրանք այն ականները չեն, որոնք մեզ այսօր բաժանում են ադրբեջանցիներից»,-նշեց նա։

Նշենք, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո հայ գերիների թվի վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական տվյալներ չեն հրապարակվել։
