Զուտ իրավական վերլուծություն,- ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գեւորգ Դանիելյանը։

«Արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով խորհրդարանում այլևս չի լինի այն հարմարավետ մթնոլորտը, որում մինչ այդ հայտնվել էր ՔՊ֊ն։ Տվյալ կուսակցությունը պարզապես չունի 2/3-րդն ապահովող քանակ՝ դրանով պայմանավորված հետևանքներով հանդերձ։

Մինչ այդ, ՊԱՅՄԱՆԱԿԱՆՈՐԵՆ ընդունենք, որ ՍԴ֊ն մերժում է ընտրության արդյունքների վիճարկման դիմումը, իսկ դաշինքներն էլ չեն հրաժարվում մանդատներից։ Առնվազն ի՞նչ է սպասվում ՔՊ֊ին այդ դեպքում. առայժմ սոսկ մի քանի նախնական նկատառում։

Նախ, իշխող ուժը այսուհետ երբեք չի կարողանալու անարգել, առանց ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների համաձայնության, ինքնակամ որևէ փոփոխություն կատարել ոչ միայն Սահմանադրությունում, այլև սահմանադրական օրենքներում։ Այնպես որ հասկանալի էր, թե ինչու վերջին օրերին հնարավորինս արագ կատարվեցին մի շարք փոփոխություններ «ՀՀ դատական օրենսգիրք», «ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգիրք» և այլ սահմանադրական օրենքներում, դա, ինչպես ասում են, վերջին ակորդն էր։
Չեն կարողանալու ինքնուրույն որոշում կայացնել Հանրապետության նախագահին պաշտոնանկ անելու մասին, եթե անգամ լինի ՍԴ եզրակացությունը. չմեկնաբանեմ, թե սա որքան կարևոր լծակ է։

Նկատի ունենալով, որ խոսքն արդեն արմատական, միաժամանակ՝ ներդաշնակ գործող ընդդիմության մասին է, ապա կասկած չի կարող լինել, որ առանց իշխող խմբակցության համաձայնության, ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները կարող են ինքնուրույն, այսպես ասեմ՝ իրավունքի ուժով, ձևավորել հանրային հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերով քննիչ հանձնաժողովներ (դրա համար բավական է նույնիսկ պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի առնվազն մեկ քառորդի պահանջը)։

Կարող են անարգել դիմել ՍԴ, ինչը նախկինում մշտապես խոչընդոտների էր հանդիպում, քանի որ տարաբնույթ պատճառաբանություններով խիստ առանցքային հարցերով անգամ չէր գրանցվում երկու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների միջև անհրաժեշտ համաձայնություն և այլն։

Հուսանք նաև, որ որևէ պատգամավոր նշված խմբակցություններից «քաղաքական» դրդապատճառներով հետագայում դուրս չի գա, որպեսզի ձեռք բերի «անկախ» պատգամավորի կարգավիճակ, ինչը խիստ հազվադեպ երևույթ է արևմտյան խորհրդարանական պրակտիկայում, բայց անհարկի տարածված է՝ մեր քաղաքական մշակույթում ....»,- գրել է Դանիելյանը
