Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն բացահայտել է List.am-ի միջոցով ապօրինի կերպով ծխախոտի վաճառքի դեպք։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքից։

«Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության դիտակետում է հայտնվել համացանցի միջոցով անօրինական առևտրի հերթական փորձը:
 
List.am կայքում քաղաքացին առանց օրենքով սահմանված պետական գրանցման կամ առանց հարկային մարմնում հաշվառման, զբաղվել է պարտադիր դրոշմավորման ենթակա չդրոշմավորված ապրանքների, այս դեպքում՝ ծխախոտի իրացմամբ»,-նշված է ՊԵԿ-ի հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Մասնավորապես, List.am կայքում «Suren» օգտատիրոջ դրսևորած վարքագիծը կասկած է հարուցել վարչության ոլորտի աշխատակիցների մոտ: Նրանք հետախուզական միջոցառման շրջանակում գնել են 98 000 դրամի տարբեր տեսակի արտասահմանյան արտադրության ծխախոտ:

Կոմիտեն հորդորում է զերծ մնալ առանց պետական գրանցման կամ առանց հարկային մարմնում հաշվառման ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության իրականացնելուց։
