Արցախի պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել, որտեղ ներկայացրել է, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել հունիսի 21-ին Ստեփանակերտում կայացած հանրահավաքի ժամանակ:

«Քանի որ այս թեմայի շուրջ արդեն շատերն են հարցեր տվել, իսկ ոմանք՝ հավատացել կեղծ լուրին, պարզաբանեմ, թե ինչ է կատարվել հունիսի 21-ի հանրահավաքում իմ ու մասնակիցների միջև:

Երբ այցելեցի հանրահավաքի վայր, բարձրախոսով հանգստության կոչեր արեցի, որ կարողանանք քննարկել նրանց պահանջները: Այնուհետև մի քանի անգամ փորձեցի նորից խոսել բարձրախոսով, ինձ ընդհատեցին «դավաճան» վանկարկումներով: Դա տրամաբանորեն ընդունելով իմ հասցեին ուղղված՝ բառացի ասացի․ «Եթե ես դավաճան եմ, ապա այստեղ բոլորս ենք դավաճան»՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ ես էլ իրենցից մեկն եմ և մեզնից ոչ ոք «դավաճան» չէ:

Դրանից հետո ոմանք սկսեցին տարածել, թե ես ժողովրդին ասել եմ «դուք եք դավաճան», այնինչ այդ պնդման ու իմ ասածի միջև բովանդակային տարբերությունը հսկայական է: Իհարկե, հանրահավաքի որոշ մասնակիցներ հետո մոտեցան ինձ ու պարզաբանեցին, որ վանկարկումները ինձ չէին ուղղված՝ ընդունելով թյուրիմացությունը:

Անկախ այդ թյուրիմացությունից՝ հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների հետ իմ հաղորդակցությունն ընդհանուր առմամբ կառուցողական ստացվեց:

Հ. Գ. Ներկա մարտահրավերների ու անորոշությունների պայմաններում, որպես պետական գործիչ ու քաղաքացի, ակնկալում եմ ողջախոհություն ու երկխոսության պատրաստակամություն հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների կողմից: Ինչպես միշտ, ես լիովին պատրաստ եմ իմ կառուցողական դերակատարությունը ունենալ երկխոսության կայացման ու հիմնախնդիրների քաղաքակիրթ կարգավորման գործում»:
