 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ արդարադատության ակադեմիայում ուսումնառության ծրագիրն ավարտած և դատախազների թեկնածությունների ցուցակում ընդգրկված անձանց դիպլոմների հանձնման արարողությունը: 

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ, ՀՀ արդարադատության ակադեմիայի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը, ՀՀ արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը:

Դիպլոմները հանձնելով դատախազի 32 թեկնածուներին և շնորհավորելով նրանց՝ ակադեմիայի ռեկտորը նկատել է, որ թեև վերջիններիս ուսումնառության գործընթացը համընկել է կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի և 2020թ. արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակաշրջաններինն՝ հարուցելով կազմակերպական և այլ բնույթի խնդիրներ, սակայն, գործընթացը հաջողվել է հասցնել տրամաբանական ավարտին: Նա հավաստիացրեց, որ դիպլոմներ են ստանում անձինք, ովքեր լիարժեք կարող են համալրել դատախազության թափուր հաստիքները:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շնորհավորել է դիպլոմներ ստացող երիտասարդներին՝ կարևորելով այն հանգամանքը, որ սա առաջին խումբն է, որ  դատախազների թեկնածությունների ցուցակում ընդգրկվում են օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում անցկացված արտահերթ մրցույթների արդյունքում: Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ օրենսդրական այդ նոր լուծումները հնարավորություն կտան համակարգը շարունակաբար համալրելու որակյալ, բանիմաց մասնագետներով:

Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտներին մաղթելով հաջողություններ՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը նշել է, որ դատախազների շարքերը համալրելն ավելի շատ մեծ պատասխանատվություն և ծանր, նվիրված, էական զոհողություններ պահանջող աշխատանք է պահանջելու, քան կարելի է պատկերացնել կողքից՝ հավելելով, որ այդ կարգավիճակը նաև պարտավորեցնում է հանրային շփումների, իրադարձությունների ընկալումների և վարքագծի նոր կանոններ ու մոտեցումներ, որոնց պետք է հոգեբանորեն և բարոյապես պատրաստ լինել:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ապագա դատախազների ուսումնառության գործընթացը, բոլոր օբյեկտիվ դժվարություններով հանդերձ, բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև ՀՀ արդարադադտության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Սերգեյ Առաքելյանին:
