«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Արդեն մեկ տարի է, ինչ ծաղկաձորյան գերթանկարժեք «Գոլդեն Փելիս» հյուրանոցի վաճառքի հարցը դրված է կառավարության սեղանին, սակայն այդպես էլ այն վաճառել չի ստացվում: Եվ, ամենակարեւորը, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը դեռ որոշում չունի, թե ինչպես է վարվելու հյուրանոցի հետ:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը այս թեմայի շուրջ զրուցեց Կոտայքի մարզպետ Արտավազդ Սահակյանի հետ եւ տեղեկացավ, որ այս ընթացքում «Գոլդեն Փելես» հյուրանոցում ապրում է Արցախից տեղահանված 30 ընտանիք։ Մարզպետից հետաքրքրվեցինք նաեւ՝ հյուրանոցի պահպանություն իրականացվում է արդյոք, թե ոչ։ Մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ մարզպետն ասաց. «Այժմ պահպանություն իրականացվում է, հյուրանոցը նորմալ վիճակում է, ոչ մի խնդիր չկա։ Չի բացառվում, որ այն կրկին հանվի վաճառքի»։ Տեղեկացնենք, որ նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում հյուրանոցը մի քանի անգամ աճուրդի է հանվել, բայց հայտեր չեն ներկայացվել:

Գույքի գնահատված արժեքն առաջին աճուրդին կազմել է 7 մլրդ 526 մլն 457 հազար 800 դրամ։ Եվ այսքանից հետո իշխանությունները խոսում են ապօրինի հարստացածների գույքը բռնագանձելու մասին: Եթե բռնագանձվի այդ գույքը, ո՞վ է գնելու, եթե անգամ մի հյուրանոց, մեկ տարի է, ինչ չեն կարողանում վաճառել:
